I had always wanted to buy an Untickit... Finally a friend bought me one, it didn't fit and had to go to the store. Have now been several times, even had a shot or two. I will be back soon. Thanks for the professionalism and your help, it's much appreciated!!!

I had the most amazing experience with Alex at Untuckit at the Oxmoor in Lousiville. When my online order was not delivered correctly to my house as we were preparing for the Kentucky Derby, she went out of her way to correct the issue and makeup for the mistake as quickly as possible, albeit not her mistake. Her customer service is hands down phenomenal and has made me an Untuckit fan for life. Thank you!!

Lisa and Alex treated me like royalty when I visited recently! Love the clothing! They also have shorts, pants, suits, and socks and some women's clothing.

So I gave my boyfriend $500 to go into this store to get some shirts. Today, 12/14, he came in when they opened this morning. He's a professional body builder & had just gotten out of the gym so he was dressed in gym attire. Blonde, late 40's, early 50's was working. He was the ONLY one in the store & she NEVER approached or acknowledged him. He kept glancing at her but to no avail. Another lady came into the store & she immediately went to see if she needed help. Again ignoring him. So he left. Took money with him & bought shirts else where. So no, you will NEVER get my business & I will tell other people not to frequent this store. Don't judge a book by it's cover because we have money & he's a professional body builder.

The staff was so patient with us while we shopped for clothes for my husband. They have "tester" shirts to try on, which are disinfected between each wear. We also had a couple little ones with us, and the salesperson was so wonderful; she had some crayons and paper for them, and let them sit at a little couch to play. Absolutely loved this place!!
