I bought and paid for wbb tickets two months ago. Was ready to dl tickets called 6+ times and left msgs on several calls. THERE WAS NO RETURN CALL. I went to the ticket office and was told no one is available to answer calls or return them. Also learned they aren't available till later this month.

They charged me for a rental book I returned. Then after weeks of back and forth, the manager said he was refunding it. I gave him my card number over the phone yesterday for the refund. Today I saw they charged me again instead of refunding me. I have been trying to contact the manager all day; a staff member said he had left for the day (2 hours after they opened) and that they would call him and ask him to respond to my email and call about the situation. I haven’t heard anything and they are closed tomorrow. I am never renting from the bookstore or patronizing it again if I can avoid it. If anyone knows of someone I can issue a complaint to about this, please let me know. I feel helpless and I am out $180 now.

The staff are super helpful and make it easy to rent/return books. I’m a new grad student, and didn’t attend UofL for my undergrad, so I appreciate their help and being able to answer any questions I may have. I like the size of the bookstore as it’s not overwhelming huge but has quite a few options as far as merchandise goes.
