Not ONE employee spoke to me the whole time I was there. I needed help finding a product, I guy was stocking in same isle I looked in twice, and still, nothing. Totally ignored me. On top of that, I only saw 1 other customer in the store and at least 4 employees working. Never again, Ulta. Never. My money will be spent somewhere that provides GOOD customer service
RESPONSE TO OWNER'S POST
you say the same thing under every review. But the point isn't that no one was "able"to help me. The point is no one BOTHERED or wanted to help. It was very obvious employees choose to continue their private conversations or just ignore me. It's MUCH different when a manager is on the floor. So please don't patronize me with your canned "we appreciate the feedback" answer.
This store could really use a mass overhaul. Please look at how many bad reviews they have.

So Craig, the general manager was extremely disrespectful to my wife over the phone she had called and asked about the mini brand display that is behind the counter we had asked another store if they were willing to sell it or whatever they would like to do with it we would be interested in it when just asking a simple question Craig was disgusting over the phone said that he was not going to do either one of those things which is fine but proceeded to hang up the phone after being rude about the situation do better Craig

Pick and choose who they spoke to when entering the establishment. I came for a pick up, they did not speak to me upon entering. However, I went straight to the POS and noticed who they spoke to as customers entered. Not good customer service. Do better. Best of luck.

It is really hard to get help at this location despite how empty it is and a lot of the testers are out of stock. They do not keep clean sponges and spoolies throughout the store for the samples or anything to remove the samples once you are done. I wanted to go to some other store after this but couldn’t because I had nothing to remove the samples with. Just go to Sephora or Target.

Was shopping 6 items......Ulta Associate, Hailey approached me asking to help. Two minutes later, Hailey had helped me find all 6 items. Great Customer Service! Thank You Hailey!

This establishment was extremely unnecessarily rude to me and my peers. Employees stared at us giving judgy looks. Place was not clean and practiced disorderly tasks. We were scolded for using TESTERS mannerly. I DO
NOT recommend shopping at this pathetic excuse of an Ulta.

I stopped in looking for new foundation since il makiage and i no longer agree with each other. I patiently waited for hailey to get done helping another lady and i am so glad i did. She asked me important questions and lead me in a great direction and tried 2 shades on me. She was bubbly and personable and made it a great experience! Hope im spelling her name right because she deserves the credit!

Don’t waste your time, shop online. I had quite a list when I went in. Eye shadow, mascara, concealer, primer—NARS, Laura Mercier, Tarte, etc. They were out of everything. I looked for alternatives. Nothing but empty spots behind the nasty samples, and if I did see a product way in the back it wasnt the right shade for the spot it was in, or even the right brand. The store was a shambles. The employees were nice enough but not overly helpful because they were out of stock of everything single thing I needed. I’ve been ignoring the stories of young girls taking over the store, but I saw it. The checkout line was crazy. Did the young girls sweep in like locusts and buy all the things? It was a zoo. I wont go back. It’s back to online shopping for me (the other big make up store down the street was even worse).

Pricey. I had to seek out assistance. When I did, the person who helped me was nice but didn't offer any recommendations or (variety of choices). I was seeking a full makeup experience as I needed all new makeup. I made a purchase but some is going back as it's not something I will use.

Went today, no greetings or asking if I needed help. Asked a worker for help finding new foundation, I was told no beauty consultants were working today.
