My experience with UPack was fantastic! Their whole setup is wonderful — having the trailer delivered to your home with plenty of time to load it, then it leaves for the destination and you can choose when to have it delivered to the new address. Again, plenty of time to have it unloaded, and you call to have it picked up when it’s empty. Our driver was incredibly nice, and helped us with some problems we had with the company we used to load the trailer. Everyone I spoke with at UPack was very nice and helpful!

Having done lots of research on the various containers and modes of transport and storage for our interstate move, we ended up going with U-Pack due to their transparent pricing, ease of organising and great service. From beginning to end, they were responsive, reliable and communicative.
The size of their small container was perfect for what we needed and everything arrived in great condition. Thanks to the U-Pack team for making our move so much more seamless and stress-free!

No problem moving 968 miles ! Nothing broke in the container and the you tube videos helped understand how to pack the container !

This was our second time moving U-Pack for our second cross country move. U-Pack has outstanding customer service, easy to use, and competitive prices. If we ever have to do a third cross country move, we'll be calling U-Pack again!

Customer service is very kind. But they either don't actually do what they say they're doing or the internal communication sucks. Now called several times (and numbers) and reassured I'm on the schedule only to have another day come and go and have to call again and repeat the process. Fourth attempt will be on Monday and I'm losing my patience.

U-pack was easy to work with! We needed a second trailer last minute when we realized not everything was going to fit in one, and they delivered it quickly. Our weight tickets seemed very low on one trailer, and we were able to request it be weighed again when they pulled it out of storage to deliver. We are still waiting for those tickets, so I will follow up on that. The driver (John P.) in Louisville was awesome! His communication was great, and when I asked about the re-weigh he didn’t know anything about it — he pulled over and called dispatch himself. He kept us in the loop with an ETA. He dropped our first, and picked that one up and dropped our second trailer.

U-Pack/ABF was a delight to deal with! They accommodated a last minute scheduling of dropping off relo cubes and everything went so smoothly with them.I was in a panick after seeing a slew of bad reviews for another company I had booked and I called U-pack 2 weeks before a summer move to see if they could help. I'm so glad I did. They dropped off the cubes in Louisville, I had movers pack them, and they made it to Pittsburgh in less than a week. I needed them stored for a few months, and that was easy to do. They even set up an auto-payment for the storage fee so I didn't have to worry because I was going to be traveling internationally. Then when I came back I set up a delivery with a quick call. They were on time and quick about dropping the cubes back off, I had them unpacked and ready for return a few days later and they came to get them.All of that and it was significantly cheaper than any other company I priced.No problems at all. I'd highly recommend using U-Pack for your long distance moves.

I used Upack to move from NC to KY. Customer service over the phone was extremely helpful. Dropoff/pickup of the pod was fairly seamless on the NC side. With the help of customer service on the phone, we were able to secure a guaranteed delivery day, which worked out well. However, we called to have the pod picked up on Thurs, June 24th, and after being told it was on the schedule, it wasn’t picked up. We called again on June 25th, were told it would be picked up, and again it wasn’t. We had told our landlord that the pod would be in place for two days, but it didn’t end up getting picked up for five days on the following Monday. He was thankfully understanding, but it could have been a big issue if we had needed to obtain permits, etc, as I know many people do. The UPACK was parked near our apartment’s garage, and when I pulled in to park my car the next day, I realized that the large light above our garage had been ripped out of the wall and was left hanging with a note from the driver saying that we needed to buy some new screws to fix it.I appreciate the cost savings and customer service initially, however, I was very disappointed by our experience in the KY portion of our move.Service: Out-of-county removals

Everything went smoothly on the origin side. the trailer was dropped off and picked up on schedule. We had two issues on the destination side. The trailer ended up being 5 days late, 9 business days total, which made scheduling moving help a challenge. We tried to contact a moving help company on the destination side through the U-Pack website movinghelp.com, but never received a reply from the company, so we arranged our own. As for the reason given for the 5 days late, ABF said they were back logged due to the winter storm that hit TX two weeks prior. Interestingly, when they picked up the trailer, it showed delivery in 3-5 business days, but 2 days later that changed to 5-8 days. So maybe it was just bad timing on our move, KY to AZ. Items in the trailer shifted enroute. So a word of advice, strap your things down well because the trailers do flex on the road! I don't blame ABF for that. That was our movers packing the trailer. I would use U-Pack again, but my expectations would be a little lower. Overall, excellent price, pretty good communication along the way, some items damaged due to cross country move (due to packers).

We had our ReloCubes delivered and we packed them in California. They picked them up and delivered in Kentucky. The ReloCubes showed up in Kentucky ahead of schedule and we called to arrange delivery. We called and set up a delivery time frame for the next day. The driver showed up on time, worked with us to get them put exactly where we wanted. All of our items were in good condition, although a little moved around inside the cube. Make sure you pack well and strap everything down and you should have great success. Relocubes were thousands less than the competitors and were a great value and great service.

Prompt delivery and pickup. I had a local mover load for me which was a disaster, but the UPack/ABF driver went above and beyond to fix the load. He was amazingly helpful! Thanks UPack! Your drivers are fantastic!
