We have used this kind of service in the past for moving. U-Pack was much smoother and easier to adjust dates and times for the freight pick-up/drop off and using the Hire-a-helper system. We were able to adjust helpers and hours with representatives over the phone, definitely will use in the future.

No problem moving 968 miles ! Nothing broke in the container and the you tube videos helped understand how to pack the container !

This was our second time moving U-Pack for our second cross country move. U-Pack has outstanding customer service, easy to use, and competitive prices. If we ever have to do a third cross country move, we'll be calling U-Pack again!
