Rooms are clean, staff is SUPER friendly. Restaurants are a bit of a hike to get to BUT the hotel offers complementary shuttle service within 3 miles so it's a definite win win! I recommend this hotel for a great night's stay!

This hotel is a good balance between price, comfort, location, and services. Rooms were clean but basic so keep that in mind. Hotel has plenty of things to do in the lobby and the staff was nothing short of excellent. The location is about 5min car drive from the airport so handy if you are flying in.

From the staff to the breakfast and surrounding area, this place is awesome. I loved it and so did my kids. They said the pancake maker was cool and the chairs were comfy in the lobby where the games are. 10/10 recommend

Jupheena provided fantastic customer service throughout our stay and made the stay excellent. We loved everything and she was the most accommodating and friendly front desk host I've ever met! We will certainly be back next year!!

We stayed to attend Bourbon & Beyond and the staff was very kind to us. The breakfast that is included is simple, during the festival days there were bottles of water and fruit available at all times for guests as well as coffee and tea and a refill area for water bottles. The gym is simple but has good equipment.
Rooms: Comfortable, enabled for remote work
Nearby activities: Short walking distance to convention center and festival area.
Safety: There was always someone available at reception to support.

Just spend a 5 days at this hotel while we were at Louder Than Life and this hotel was great. The lady on the night staff I think her name is Josephine? Is incredible. She gave top tier customer service EVERY night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was hot, and the hotel is in walking distance from the Expo Center. Will definitely stay here again next year for LTL.

The receptionists have a horrible attitude, super rude, at night we were playing with my friends and they yelled at us that we couldn't make noise, the receptionist was constantly hitting the table to make us quiet when we were in a common games area, I just wouldn't go back never to this place.

We are from Texas. We had a big group stay here for 4 days for a basketball tournament. The staff was amazing to our group with attending to 10 12 year old girls and all our families the entire time. They have free breakfast, free parking, and a free shuttle. They have a very big lobby that allowed our entire group to hang out and eat meals together in between games. Our only issue is there was no pool and there wasn’t a lot of storage in the rooms. All in all we were very pleased and we plan to be back for next years tournament! Special thank you to Jupheena for always making sure we were ok!

NICEST staff ever! Tiffany was great. Shuttle was super easy to get to the airport. We are vegans and loved seeing Louisville Vegan Jerky to buy in the lobby. Pillows were flat but was given no hassle on getting a few extras. Location is right next to an amusement park and airport so if you are a super light sleeper that would be my only warning. Would def stay again.

First time I've ever stayed in a Tru and I would definitely come back. I love how the lobby was set up, there was lots of room to sit with family and play games and the pool table was great. Everything looked new and clean. I loved the big pillow on each bed, I slept so well! My only complaint is there's not much room for suitcases or bags in the room. There are 2 small shelves, otherwise you have to put things on the floor which I don't like to do. Other than that we thought this was a great place to stay and very conveniently located.
