The Greystar professionally managed community offers a mixture of comfort, style and convenience. Attractive amenities and features has an exceptional standard of living. Current managers are doing an amazing job with great responsiveness to issues, requests and timelines. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the amenities are nice. Great rent compared to nearby apartments and great distance from UofL. Waffle Wednesdays are the best. The maintenance supervisor has turned the place around, made it looking and smelling great. New management has turned the place around and a few issues is an astronomical change. The community is better than it used to be.
I already have a review with my other account and this is an update. The current managers are doing an amazing job here. The responsiveness to issues, requests and timelines in their communication has been great so far. Trifecta is becoming better than it used to be. Keep up the good work!

Waffle Wednesdays are the best. Great distance from UofL. Great rent compared to nearby apartments.
Only problem are cockroaches.

I visited Trifecta recently and was very impressed! The staff was sooo friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were really nice as well. Highly recommend!
