When I went into the shop, I was able to speak with the estimator and ask any questions. Their customer service is great! They got finished with my car very quickly, and they even held it for a few extra days when I was not able to pick it up on the scheduled day. Driver was able to boost my good one and jump the bad one. It took a couple of tries. He kept at it until he got me started so I wouldn't have to get an Uber to the store for a new battery.
