I requested roadside assistance, and Tony’s Wrecker Service was scheduled to arrive at 4 pm. However, by 4:20 pm, no one had shown up, and there was no communication. When I called to inquire, I was met with an attitude and told they couldn’t make it due to rush hour traffic. Despite their assurance of being nearby, it took an additional 40 minutes for someone to arrive. When the tow truck finally arrived, I asked for a receipt before handing over my keys, but was informed they don’t provide them. Even after requesting a photo of the information they were taking down, the driver simply went back to his truck (presumably to consult his supervisor). Meanwhile, my car service center couldn’t confirm their identity. The driver came back and asked for my keys without addressing my concerns, I refused and demanded he gets my car down to which he says “no”. At this point, I walked over to his door blocked him so he would not try to leave with my car. This lead to a confrontation and me mentioning that I would call the police if he doesn’t get this vehicle down. Eventually, he lowered the vehicle.This incident highlights the complete lack of accountability and ownership by this company, as they failed to understand or empathize with the customer’s perspective. Their dismissive attitude and failure to communicate effectively demonstrate a clear disregard for customer service. It’s astonishing that their rating is even above a 2-star.To the owner of this organization: It's imperative that you become more involved in the day-to-day operations and take proactive measures to address these recurring issues. Basic customer service skills seem to be lacking among your team, as evidenced by numerous complaints. Failure to address these incidents will undoubtedly impact your company's reputation and bottom line. It's crucial to implement corrective actions to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future, thus safeguarding the survival of your business.

Truck breaks down in the middle of the road. The police called the Tony's to help me get a tow since I can't get a hold of any other tow truck places. Cost of $210 for a 5 mile tow. That is just ridiculous and overpriced for 5 miles. And it wasn't even a holiday.

I had a great experience with Tony's. They explained everything fully and an employee named David helped us with removing our wheelchair lift. He was very cheerful and knew just what to do. Great guy.

Do not recommend. truck Driver broke down with a trailer skirt. Fleet net called them repeatedly to find out the issue of getting here. Apparently at 5am there's traffic back up between Louisville and shepherdsville Ky. Then the next time they called them the service guy got delayed in heavy rain. No rain in 200 mile radius. Glad I'm not the one paying for this crappy service. And I hope my company never uses them again. unfortunately I have to add a star to post this.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Tony's for helping us out. We are a tow truck company in Lexington (CTS Towing) and we had a driver who needed help in Louisville. We called Tony's for assistance, and they sent someone out to help our driver and got him back on the road! We can't thank you enough. If you ever need anything down this way, let us know!

DO NOT GO HERE!! If you HAVE to, DO NOT go to Lee, he is an awful human being, I do not understand why a world place would keep around someone who threatens others.. highly unprofessional, too many Wrecker Services to try this one out. TRUST ME

I'd rate them 0 but then I couldn't leave a review. If you were just in an accident refuse this company. Im not from the area i didnt know. They are being more than ridiculous with my insurance company about getting my property off their lot. I have fantastic insurance with a reputable company. Call your insurance let them take care of it.
