I visited TTD for the first time just a few months ago and I had an absolute horrible experience. I swore I would never return. But after hearing so many people talk so great about it, I decided to give it one more chance..and I’m so glad I did! Trace was the young man that assisted me and he went above and beyond to help me! He made my experience so wonderful that it completely made up for the horrible ordeal I dealt with the last time. I was so impressed with his customer service skills as well as his eagerness and willingness to make sure I had the best experience possible. Trace, thank you so much for being so kind and helpful and for making my night better. Any employer would be blessed to have you as an employee.. as you are most definitely an asset to the company. I will definitely be a returning customer and will always ask for you to be the one to assist me. You’re awesome Trace..thank you again.

Have been visiting this shop a few times over the months and have always had a great reaction. This time was very different. I frequent the Pokémon section. The man with curly brown hair has the be the unfriendliest person in Kentucky. Wasn’t friendly from his first induction, had a bad attitude and seemed like he just didn’t want to be bothered. I responded with I was just browsing for the moment. After viewing items I decided on the 151 blastoise and shrouded fable Eevee. About 160$. I let the employee know I was ready and had my items selected. (He was just standing there) he responded with I’m setting up a tournament. He then proceeds to ignore me for the next 15 minutes and then just starts helping other people all while walking past me at least 10 times. I’m a friendly person and am patient but when you are blatantly not helping me for some reason then that’s just bad service. Everybody else in this store has been awesome. This guy just seems to have a chip on his shoulder. I would avoid business with him.

This place is the worst. It was packed but the worker who sold Pokémon cards was so rude he didn’t even look at the cards I had one was worth over $200 he said nope we’re only loooing for rare cards. Didn’t even look through them, then when I tried to get his attention from talking to his buddies about whatever… some guy walks up to me and says hey do you wanna open this $400 pack I’m about to buy I said no. Then he said he would give them to me and to meet him in the bathroom which of course I said no but walked towords that way he said I do this all the time! I’m going to give you $400 and these cards. I ran outta there! Terrible staff and experience!!!!

Went to TTD yesterday for one of their first Pokemon TCG trading events. I had a great experience meeting other collectors, and trading our cards with one another. It was a refreshing experience seeing people bring their kids as well to trade their cards. Hoping TTD conducts more events like this in the future, and you can count on me being there.

I love TTD! Chauncey and Cody at the Pokémon counter, and the store manager Rain, are very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I've seen them manage busy days with ease. They seem to always enjoy their jobs, and to my knowledge, have treated everyone fairly and respectfully. I visit frequently, and if this service keeps up, I will continue to!

Don't sell your pokemon cards here will be absolutely low balled by there so called pokemon card expert, not a bad place to buy cool things tho.

Best game store around. Staff is very helpful. I will say don't go selling bulk on weekends, its usually very busy up there with the tournaments going on, and you may be waiting a while. I will say, durning busy days it's hard to tell where the line starts and sometimes people just showing up get helped before others that have been waiting for a bit. Maybe a more defined line on busy days may help. Other than that, it's the only game store I shop at, it's too good not to go weekly. ?

After seeing them on YouTube I was super excited to check out their pokemon cards since I was visiting Louisville. I was a bit disappointed, they did have variety on singles but singles are priced a bit high. Their bulk selection of pokemon cards has a lot of repeats and the condition of many are pretty bad. Not sure on their sports cards but they did have a vast amount of those.

They accepted some of my pokemon cards and the price was fair. They have way too many of a lot of the older cards to buy more of them, but the ones they did buy netted me more than I’d expect from a store. Max was also very professional and knowledgeable. He was helping a grandfather and grandson before me and it was clear he was being helpful and not just trying to sell things.

Poor customer service at best in the tcg department. Undertone comments from employee walking past and poor attitude from employee helping with sale. Acted uninterested in answering any question I had, while giving short handed answers. Good luck.
