Wow... after I wasted my time to make coffee, I got to the Register, and was told that their machine was done to be able todo card payment, so the cashier took the coffee from me, whilst other white folks were allowed to get out with fountain driks. Very rude cashiers on duty 09-01-23 @12 midnight. Thornton will lose business from me and my friends. We are Uber drivers and have loyalty cards, only to be treated like unwanted customers. Such 2 idiots!

Got accused of stealing a hamburger! After I proved them wrong I got no apology or nothing!!! I will never go in this store again! I have never been so humiliated in my life!!

They're great for fountain sodas and coffee/cappuccinos. They have a wide variety of sweeteners, regular & flavored creamers, skim milk and half & half for flavoring coffee to your taste.The bad thing about this location and other locations around the city is, it's a guessing game if they are actually open, with the inside accessible. On several occasions we arrived only to find out (by the handwritten sign taped to the door) that they were closed.

This place has only been here a few years, already trash. Dirty, the self checkouts are never on, nothing stocked or ready, usually a line of people to the back of the store waiting on one working employee.Only useful if your plan is to fill up on gas and leave.

They used to have the best gas prices in the city, now they're 10c above avg. Still don't have receipts at the pump, after like 3 years of no receipts. Sometimes no glass cleaner/dirty. Trash seems to be emptied frequently, except when events are happening and then lots of garbage. The coffee stand is hit/miss. Not sure about the recent state of the coffee, but I stopped getting coffee here.

Google says I've been to this location 175 times, I guess I should review. It is set up like other locations and has all of the same selections, it's busy but the staff will get you out the door quickly. I only have two complaints, first is, if you want a breakfast burrito in the morning, is 50/50, if they are available. The second is, late at night, they shutdown the register and make you check yourself out, on a dirty sticky machine that will freeze every single time. I'm not sure why the register is closed at night, employees are just standing around chatting. I find this practice unfortunate and I don't spend my money there at night.

Been there several times and every time was inconvenient. Mainly getting fuel from I prefer to use my card at the pump. But every time I go there the pump forces me to come in to pay! I don’t have time dealing with this new business model the self checkout lane at a gas station! I’m probably the most disappointed customer on this review due to the inconvenience and the lack of customer service.My main concern is the self checkout it’s just a bad idea!

Night shift was ok. Now when I come in you have the employees standing around flirting and tell you to scan yourself up. My question is, are you going to pay me for doing that while you do nothing? Get it together. Clearly if I wanted to check myself out I would of but you’re working so do your job

This was probably the trashiest thorntons I've been into. Ice cream machines been broken...people are too lazy to clean up and fix anything. I wouldn't stop there again even if that meant I would run out of gas! Jim Thornton would be ashamed!

Love thorntons great food good snack selection descent gas prices very friendly staff, this is one of the few gas stations that are clean the staff willing to help with any an all issues they try their best
