Employee does not know how to cancel a sale. Help was paged over the intercom. No one came up to help. Employee obviously not trained enough. Absolutely pitiful customer service. How do you put a person on a cash register and not fully train them? Good luck folks.

This particular Thortons has the worst cashiers, they're always on their phone, very disrespectful towards customers, it's starting to turn into the hood at this store in a nice area because of their clerks,

Store is nice and new but the manager is not good at his job. Regularly forgets to order blue French Vanilla creamer. The first time I asked about it he argued with me and told me they didn’t carry that kind of creamer. Please hire a better manager.
