Arguably the worst location. What’s the point of paying at the pump and having to walk inside for the receipt each time. I use this frequently for work and none of the pump receipts work. Is this a ploy to get people to come inside and spend money. I’ll just head to speedway

This station is a joke. Their gas pump receipts never work and they force you to go inside to get one. And every time, they say they have a ticket open to get them fixed. It’s been 2 years, Tim. Quit your lying! Thorntons is probably one of the most irresponsible convenience chains out there. Just look at the condition of their stores. They just don’t care.

Thank you to the trustworthy employees at this location! We stopped for gas on our drive south to TN, realized we had left a bag outside to car after we made it to our destination. 4 days later we stoped back in and they had our bag fully in tact. Computer, Nintendo switch, baby monitor all untouched.

I loved working in this gas station it so clean fresh donuts every day fresh food so busy time flys by and they have a lot of discount on gas and all the gas pumps work it's the best gas station I've been in

We stop in for snacks and coffee on our way to EKU around 11 am. The place was clean and the staff Paula especially was nice. The rest rooms surprisingly clean.

Disgusting inside and out. Bathrooms are horrible, everything in the store was a mess. Clerks just standing around. Parking lot full of trash.

I went there to buy a large bag of ice. They had plenty of small bags but I paid at the cash register and went outside to pick up the large bag from the ice freezer. When I opened the door there were a limited number of bags on the very floor of the freezer submerged in several inches of water. I practically had to chisel one of the bags out in order to get it out to the sidewalk. Once I did, I had to drain the bag which lost at least a gallon of water meaning my large bag turned into a small bag very quickly. I had to wait while it drained in order to get it in my car and not have the water all over my floor. When I got home I had to break the bag on the concrete several times to get chunks that were usable. It's clear these people do not pay attention to what is in that ice bin or the condition that it's in. Very poor experience for such a basic item.
