It is 9:15 am and it should open at 8 am and even then it is closed with some cones at the entrance although the place is open, I asked them and no one answers anything

I just left this car wash. It was very disappointing. Tire shine not working the water power sprayer not working. My car was still all wet when I left. And I've been paying the $35 monthly package since they opened.

The Thomas on preston and fern valley rd is not good. The one on hurstbourne lane and Taylorsville Rd is a lot better. They spray both sides of your car and also the back.
