I love my agent office Thomas Allen Jr. But I don't like the injury adjuster I feel like he didn't so his job and gave me wrong information concerning my case. And When I tried to explain to him my information he would not hear me out at all. Then when I asked him how did he come up with his information he could not give me a good answer which made me more confused. I am now asking for a new injury adjuster be placed on my case to give me better information ?

Watching all of the “ your in good hands” commercials made me think I couldn’t afford Allstate. So I shopped elsewhere. Mistake, finally made the call and Thomas Allen Jr. made me feel at home, answered all my questions of concern, then he drops the price on you, Wow! I couldn’t believe it , cheaper with more coverage, hassle free and quick to respond. I know where I’ll be staying for sometime. Keep it up Mr Allen!

My now-wife and I came to this office to insure our home when we first bought it two years ago. At the time, we were not yet married, and were worried about how complicated it might be for us to get home owner's insurance together, but the agent we worked with (Kanita House) was incredibly helpful and took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions and to get us the best rate possible. I've also recently switched my car insurance over to them, and Kanita was again incredibly helpful with that. Even over the phone (due to COVID safety), Kanita was great to work with and took all the time I needed to explain everything to me and to help me find the best deal possible. I've never felt like I was being "up-sold" or being pressured into getting more coverage than needed or wanted. I would definitely recommend this Allstate branch to anyone!

Came to Allstate because my bill was way too high everywhere else. They're always very helpful and responsive with whatever I need and any questions I have and aren't pushy like some other agencies can be. Highly recommend!
