Caroline did a great job taking the time to walk me through the store and show me their selection. They were up front on pricing and didn’t try to oversell. While I didn’t buy “the one” here, I loved their selection! Thank you all

I had a hiccup with the general manager of this location. The CEO was notified and called me directly. Following her call, another member of the executive team (Lou) also followed up to ensure they were able to things right. I’m very impressed with how they handled the situation following a less than pleasant experience!
Adrianne, the owner of The Wedding Studio went above and beyond to talk with me and dig into the what happened. She is amazing and I’m very impressed with how she handled the situation.
I also want to give a shout out to Kelsey, the lady who was working when I picked up my dress. She was so sweet, compassionate, patient, and did such a great job!
Their due diligence truly showed me that this team does what it takes to “level up” and exceed expectations regardless of any “speed bumps” along the way. ?

I recently bought my dress here and had the best experience- everyone was so helpful, kind, and worked so hard to help me find my perfect dress! I so appreciated their attention to detail, kindness, and patience when helping me! They were so sweet to my family as well and truly made it the sweetest experience! Thank you again!

I loved it here! The girls were so helpful and so patient. I ended up finding my dress here and that’s due to them pulling things I wouldn’t have even thought about. They stuck to the inspo pictures I sent really well, but I ended up going with something that wasn’t in those pictures! Thanks to everyone who helped!!

I went to multiple shops, and The Wedding Studio was by far the best experience. Kelsey was AMAZING! Not only was she hilarious and personable, she listened to my vision and pulled my dream dress on the first try! The dresses here also look so expensive compared to the actual price point. The other boutiques in the same price ranges just didn’t compare!

I called on a weekday and asked if they accepted walk-ins just to browse, they told me no and took my card information for the appointment. 2 days later I show up only to see written on the door that walk-ins are actually accepted. I then filled out even more personal information, so before I could even see a single dress they had my card info, name, email, address and phone number. Seeing that the appointment was an hour and half long I assumed there was alot to see, there were no more than 50 dresses and majority of them were all the same shape and style. The short time I was there browsing the attendant didn't give me any information about the dresses as she stayed at the desk. I don't recommend this shop unless you know if they have a certain dress you want

I loved working with these girls! They made me feel so special and understood the whole assignment. I went in with some ideas of different styles and they found which looked best for my figure and timeframe! I cannot wait until wedding day, my dress is so beautiful!!

I had the best experience at The Wedding Studio. The private room was beautiful and had plenty of space/seating options if you have a large party coming with. I loved that they messaged a couple of days prior to the appointment to discuss what I was looking for. They have a Pinterest page that they encourage you to look at before coming and it is such a great tool to see options they carry and share what you caught your eye at the appointment. Felicia was very kind! She listened to me, was great at reading how I felt in each of the options and never pressured me to try on dresses that were not what I was looking for. She helped me in and out of each dress (which matters more than you would think), helped me onto the platform, adjusted the dress, asked how I felt and then stepped out of the room. This gave me a moment to be by myself with my mother and allowed me to gather my thoughts without feeling pressured. I never once felt that they just wanted me to say yes to a dress that I did not love. I am so happy I found the perfect dress there and am so excited to wear it on my big day.

The Wedding Studio in Louisville was the first place I went dress shopping and I was lucky enough to find my dream dress! Louisville carried the specific designer I was looking for. My guests and I also got a private room to feel comfortable in! The experience all around was wonderful and the employees working knew how to help! I would 100% recommend! My consultant was Meadow and she did a wonderful job of helping me feel comfortable and listened to what I envisioned my dress looking like! :)

I had so much fun at the wedding studio! My stylist Kelsey was so sweet and easy to talk to. The staff was not over-the-top, so it felt very sincere unlike some other studios. I was able to communicate exactly what I wanted so I could say “yes to the dress!”

This place was awesome. The people are so friendly and they listen to what you want and adjust the dresses they pull from what you've already tried on and liked. My stylist was Kelsey and she was amazing. She was nice and easy to talk to and joke with. It made the experience 10 times better and the dress I found was gorgeous. I said yes to the dress at the wedding studio!

From a fiancé’s POV, the Wedding Studio was a phenomenal experience. Lou was incredibly personable and made the process so seamless. She was patient and attentive to exactly what we were looking for in terms of both budget and style. Would absolutely recommend to anyone preparing for their big day.

Absolutely the BEST experience! They had an amazing selection of dresses (from simple/ sleek to flashy to couture gowns, they had a great selection!), and the studio was honestly so cute. I had Lou assist me during my appointment and let me tell you...she's a ball of sunshine! I felt so comfortable and heard. She was so supportive during the whole process, and I'm so glad to say I'm a "The Wedding Studio Louisville" bride!
