The team at Tech Restore is the best. I've been taking my Apple products (MacBooks, iPads, Cell Phones, etc.) to them since they opened, and they continue to provide the same quality customer service and technical skills they have from the start. They communicate, they follow up, and they fix things right the first time. Would not go anywhere else.

Absolutely recommend- this place is legitimate and takes care to ensure the phone you are selling to them is good quality. I highly recommend to sell or buy from them because they know what they are doing and have been in business a long time. Avoid the other shady shops in Louisville and come here, you won’t regret it !

Simply the best tech people I have ever done business with. They fixed my broken laptop screen at a fair price within a short time. My computer screen (for a Microsoft Surface Book), requires a careful procedure to fix, but for Travis, it was a no-brainer task. I highly recommend.

Yes I had stupidly put something on my phone and came in there are two gentlemen that work in this store one does Apple One does Android Owen Stevens was that ain't shining armor that day very good price to fix my phone no complications and did not make them long at all and I'm so happy with this store and will recommend it to anyone and everyone that I know thank you Owen thank you both you all were great that day hope you all have a wonderful wonderful weekend Mr and Mrs Glen and l a n y Aldridge!

So first of all, i would like to say after what I experienced over there I do not have confidence ever going back there or any other affiliated branch they may have for anything.
I feel very ripped off and disappointed in the work they did for my Gaming Laptop, ESPECIALLY STILL CHARGING ME, FOR MESSING THINGS UP IN MY LAPTOP! Now I must say they did agree to try fix whatever they wrecked inside but this was not an immediate action. Before they made it seem as if the LED lights were already off and it just would not come back on until I kept insisting that i have been opening the laptop for 1 year 9 months and always careful with the LED controller and ribbons, so there is no way it would suddenly go off when you guys touch it.
I had to pay $135 for them to work on my Laptop and $50 more for them to put my laptop on their bench first(hot bench). The main reason I came there is because i needed thermal paste repasted on my cpu and gpu and I did not have the tools to this since i traveled to Kentucky for work. I have used this laptop for 1 year 9 months and was already ready too sell it as is with everything intact. But to my dismay "Tech restore" did the following.
1.Messed up the LED bottom lights that made the Gaming laptop really stand out.
2. Damaged some part of the left fan in the process of taking off the heat sync and casings.
I feel very upset about this because I was already thinking about selling this laptop off with the LED and everything it could still do for at least $900 to a buyer who wanted it back in Georgia and this happens. I have pictures of some parts of the LED ribbons ripped and the fan part cracked.
I always send my laptops to Micro PCS every time, and they hot bench just the same and do everything at maximum quality but since there is none in Louisville I decided to try these guys. I have learnt a big lesson! I really hope none of this reach out to me for anything because I will block the number! This review needs to be seen!. My hard earned cash gone to the drain with more problems to even deal with!.

A lifesaver It can be difficult to get older macbooks repaired, all I needed was a battery replacement and they got it replaced and returned in less than 24 hours. The pricing was reasonable and certainly much better than having to replace the computer. I highly recommend them!

They tech guys name was Owen at the Louisville ky store.. he was not familiar with the program that I wanted to download but figured it out for me and he is amazingly patient and kind because I’m older and slower to grasp things. We both learned some things about the app. ..thanks so much for the help Owen

I drive an hour and half any time I have issues with my ma book to have these guys work on it. Always fair pricing and get things done in a timely manner. I have also purchased a couple iPads from them that were refurbished and haven’t had any issues at all from them. Highly recommend

These guys are so great! I walked in with a serious problem to me but an easy fix to them. They were so nice. Took them less than 2 minutes. A highly recommend tech restore. It's great to know you can still get great service somewhere.
