Technician came and looked at my machine and could not repair it charged me $512 said he needed to get more parts he came back a week later spent 2 hrs still couldn’t repair it charged me again said it could possibly need more parts!! He had no idea what he was doing and now I’m out almost $1000 very in professional. I will not deal with Taylor again after this this is horrible customer service!!!!

I run a restaurant and had Taylor come out to fix my milkshake machine. In the process they left a rusty wench in the machine. Not only did I lose $40 in milkshake mix because there was no way I would serve contaminated product, I was billed over $300 for the visit. I left a couple messages with the company to get no response. I have no called them since, their loss...
