Hello!
Usually, the employees at Target are very kind and helpful, but recently, my daughter, her friend, and I had an unpleasant encounter with one of the baristas at Starbucks. Her friend, who hasn't been on an outing in years, was too shy to order, and the barista made an insensitive comment, saying that she would have a hard time in the real world if she couldn't say a simple order.
I believe it was unnecessary to say something so hurtful without knowing her story. In situations like this, it's important to be understanding and considerate of people's individual circumstances.

Called about five different departments not a single answer. Can’t get no one to stay at their station to answer a phone

They don’t answer the phone, and you can’t find any worker anywhere. I called them more than 6 times so that I could ask a question before I came but had to drive 30 minutes and 40 minutes back because they couldn’t answered the phone

Usually, I have no issues with the store but I’ve never seen it look like the way it did and the customer service with the check out is horrible. It’s not the same coming to this Target anymore. Ran over to get dress clothes and immediately was given attitude because I politely asked her not to lay them on the belt and aggressively did it anyways. Then was mad I asked that started trying to snatch the clothes off the hangers and stuff them in a bag and she was mad I asked her to hand them to me. I was very disappointed in the actions today and I had no time to stop and speak with management but my goodness this was bad customer service.

Nothing bad or special about this Target. Employees were nice. The store was clean.

I bought an ice maker, took it home, and opened the box. I was surprised to see how dirty it was. I had the same ice maker before and the stains was of an ice maker that have been used for some time.
I brought it back to the store right away and the manager instead of being apologetic for wasting my time, buying something I had to return and waiting forever in the return line, she was confrontational telling me they do not sell them like that.
I was already upset and she was escalating the situation. She was one of the managers and her name is Megan. A store with no standards on selling products and no procedures on how to provide customer service is a store where I will never come back.

So nice to buy something through u scan, get home to find security tag hidden on item, then to be treated rudely when I wanted it removed, cashier making comments I didn't even return to place of purchase! It was still Target, different location.... RUDE!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a target. Employees AND management are very rude and dismissive. When I asked for a staff members name to call and complain I was told that they don’t give out that information but I was more than welcome to call and complain. They need to do some serious retraining of their staff members.

Closed all the lanes except one in the middle of the day. I was in line by myself and a woman came up behind me and the cashier closed the lane immediately

Returned a pair of pants and shirt bc it didn’t fit. Return process was very easy and done in under 2 minutes. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
