Self-checkout is limited to ten items and they only keep one other lane open. So stupid. I put all my stuff back and left and then ordered through Amazon.

The store is clean and stocked. The “asset protection” that stood at the cashier lines while my friend and I checked out and bought 800 dollars worth of merchandise were the most rude people I have ever dealt with. The lines were back in the clothes section so we just got in one and it happened to be self checkout. After scanning probably 8 items we were rudely told, not asked to move to the express lane and when I asked why, Meredith came over and snatched our bags and took them over to the express lane. Again, we spent 800 dollars! Maybe putting back 3 things that we didn’t realize the price on because stuff was in the wrong place due to it being the weekend of Christmas. There is a way to go about things. When my friends total came up she made the comment that she hadn’t intended on spending that much. I made the statement that I knew its what I was going to spend and the bigger girl in the bright yellow vest rolled her eyes at Meredith as if we were lying, AGAIN we spent 800 dollars!

They are not worried about customer satisfaction, nor do they stand behind the products they’re selling. I purchased a series 8 Apple Watch, using a discount from target circle. Unfortunately, the watch was defective and would never turn on. After having me return the product, I found out they were all out of stock in that store and surrounding stores. I even offered to downgrade my product if they had those in stock, but they didn’t. I basically got a “sorry, you’re out of luck” response. I looked online at Target and noticed the series 9 was listed for the EXACT same price point as the 8 was when I purchased. I called customer service to see if they would do the right thing and honor the same discount, so that I was still able to get a watch. I was told that it’s against their policy and they wouldn’t do anything. I understand in most circumstances that would be a reasonable response, but I feel in this situation, it is their defective product so they should have to remedy the problem.

The store is always clean, merchandise is always on the shelves and looking orderly. Team members are present, helpful, and kind. I like the layout of this store, and the fact that it has great variety without feeling too large or overwhelming.
