Dark long brown/black hair lady at customer service desk acts like she doesn't want to be there or hates her job and gives you misinformation.
OR if you're in the trading card craze of any kind, DON'T waste your time here. They never have anything stocked and don't plan to. Stuffed animal plushes with stains on them and not properly tagged.

The lady at the customer service seems like she hated her job. I went there 2 days ago to do a price adjustment and it went smoothly. Today I went to do another price adjustment and she asked me where the item was. I told her I didn't bring it coz I was just here 2 days ago and didn't have the need to bring the item since it was just for price adjustment. She said the policy was just changed and they needed to see the items. š
I walked out and called customer service and got the adjustment in form of a gift card coz I didn't want to return at the store to get the refund difference.

I didnāt believe it, that they would screw me out of my $50 coupon for opening a Target Circle Reloadable Card, however, their employee, Rowan, assured me they would & she was spot on! I was told to keep coming back to the store & they would figure out the issue, however, after 3 visits, I eventually gave up! I returned my items & refuse to ever give Target my business again! If they prefer to not follow through with their promises & in return lose their customers, thatās fine by me! Iāll do all my shopping at Amazon, where itās free from stress & I donāt have to listen to employees swear like a sailor!!

They've consistently marked their Lego polybags as the incorrect prices. They mark them as $3, but whenever I go to purchase them, they are marked as $5. Small complaint, but whenever I bring this up the employees brush off the concern. All of the polybags in this picture ring up as $5

I feel like almost every time Iām in this store, thereās never anyone at the guest service desk. This morning, I had to ask another lady stocking shelves if anyone is working over there. Then the lady who is supposed to be working there very slowly makes her way to the counter taking her sweet time and doesnāt acknowledge that Iāve been waiting there. Then, sheās just not the most friendliest of people while helping to return my items. Look, Iām sure your employees are super busy, but a little acknowledgement goes a long way. It would be different if this was a one off experience.

I usually enjoy visiting this store and have good experiences overall. However, on this particular occasion, I had an unpleasant experience at the customer service counter.
There were only two checkout lanes open, and since I was in a bit of a hurry, I decided to go to customer service because the person in front of me in line had a cart full of items. At the customer service counter, there were no other customers waiting, but there were two employees chatting with each other.
I was only holding one item, so I politely asked one of the employees if she could check me out. Her response was that āthey donāt do that in this area,ā but that she would do it ājust this onceā in an irritated and unpleasant tone. Her attitude was unnecessarily hostile, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I donāt believe I deserved to be scolded, especially since I made my request respectfully and didnāt do anything wrong.
I hope this issue can be addressed, as quality customer service is essential to maintaining a positive shopping experience at this store.

I was trying to get a skincare product that was locked. I kindly asked one of the employees that was working in stocking, which was an old lady. I respectfully called her multiple times and she ignored me. When she finally responded,she sent me to another employee who had a key. This employee talked to me in a very rude way asking me what product I wanted. After I told her, the old lady asked me if I was ready to check out and then told me that she would take the items to guest services and those would be given to me once I checked out. I told her I was ready to check out and she followed me all the way until self check out. Where I stopped to read something that I found interesting. As soon as I stopped, the lady yelled at me I thought you were ready to check out. Did a misunderstand you? In a very rude way. She and the other lady always referred to me as if I didnāt understand English. Yes, I have an accent. That doesnāt mean I canāt understand or speak. Very racist.

Absolutely terrible store with terrible employees.
Store has been going downhill for years, but this is the final straw for me. I was coming in for an item for my nefews birthday, the online preorder sold out, so the website said to check stores today when they release said item. I checked Targets website at the location I shop at, and it said they had 4 in stock, I signed up for the same day delivery but it didn't mention until after that it was a minimum of $35 to ship same day, I'm not spending more money on something I don't need just to save a trip out. So I go to the store when I get there , its a mess as usual, disorganized and shelves almost empty. As usual I couldn't find what I was looking for bit was lucky an actual employee was nearby for once. I showed the employee the website and it said the item as released today and four where at this store. She agreed yes we have that and even mentioned that I wasn't the first person to ask for it, but she and no other employee wanted to go in the back and look for it so I would have to check back Tuesday or Wednesday and I guess hope that they put it out and wasn't bought by someone else?
Lazy unprofessional staff , dirty disorganized store. You might as well just close the brick and motor store if you refuse to sell an item that your staff admits you have but refuses to sell.
I'll be filing a complaint with the manufacturer as well and i hope they pull your licensing deal.
Don't shop here there is a Walmart literally done the block

We got duplicate gifts for my daughterās b-day. We did not get a receipt for the gift but were told they got it from target. We were fine with that we shop at target a lot and have a credit card with them. We expected to get in store credit but when we got there they scanned all the items and asked a manager to come to approve the return. The manager told them not with out the card that bought it or the receipt. I asked if I could have in store credit they said no. So I reached out to my family to see if they can get the receipt. Once I get the return I am going to cut up the credit card and just shop on Amazon
