Today was my first time visiting this location and I had a wonderful experience. All of the employees were super nice. Reese helped me find what I needed and was very polite. I spoke to at least 5 employees my first 5 mins in the store. They greeted me with either a good morning, how are you, or can I help you find something. I would definitely come back and also recommend to others.

The store is great. I won't be shopping at Target unless it's a last-minute resort. Be the change you want to see in the world. I want to see more kindness, and Target's removal of policies that foster equity, inclusion and diversity is enough for me to walk away from my Target obsession. Be better, Target.

I called this Target location three times trying to reach customer service and all other departments. I let the phone ring for two minutes on each department line and no one would answer the phone. Very disappointed and obviously unhelpful.

Rude and Embarrassing. Tried to return a defective product, granted, yes, it was without a receipt, but it was a Christmas gift, and the receipt doesn’t exist anymore. Girl at customer service was rude and said “we can’t return this without a manager” and just stared at me until I walked away.

This is a fine Target store. All of the negative reviews are so skewed. Generally seems like people only come on here when there is something to complain about.
I have been shopping here for 3 years and have never had any issues. “Issues” that other reviews complain about, like long in-store pickup times, are so insignificant. “Long” is subjective. I do a lot of in-store pickups and it never takes longer than five minutes. Just shop the $1-$5 section while you wait! :)
As for returning items, just always have a receipt, and you won’t have a problem. It’s pretty reasonable that a store won’t take an item back if you don’t have a receipt. To expect anything else is ridiculous. I have returned plenty of items here without issue.
Everyone I have had an experience with here has been super nice and helpful.
Highly recommend this location.

Manager refused to sell an item because it should not have been on the shelf yet. Invited me to return Dec 28 to purchase this ( Christmas gift). Unbelievable horribe customer service!

I love Target , but the condition of my item that ordered was unacceptable and should have never been brought to a customer period! My item was handed to me in a Target bag, but it wasn’t sealed.

on three separate weekdays, the fitting rooms have been closed. it’s very irritating to waste time picking out clothes only to be turned away when you go to try things on. not to mention how sloppy the clothing and shoe areas are in the first place.

I was using you scan and an item would not scan, the employee had me go all the way back to the aisle to get the same item so it would scan. Instead of the employee offering to go get another one or saying let’s keep this off the shelf since it won’t scan she had me take the item back the shelf and get another, not good customer service! Do better target!! .
