don't come to this place, it's very expensive here, me and my husband to ask about lost sim card but it seems like he's not happy about that I still don't know why but it's very bad to come to this place, maybe Here they work on a percentage basis, so maybe it's our turn to ask about lost SIM cards and the staff here are not happy.

OMG I just witnessed the worst customer service in the area. Don’t know all the details but the customer was polite and claim but the manager was losing his mind, cursing and physically threatening the customer. I have worked retail and never seen a manager ever act like this before.I highly recommend that if you need to visit T mobile to not visit this location.

Took my cousin there to see what deal they had for her that included a new phone. The one she got from Cricket never worked correctly even after several trips to Cricket to have them check it out. T-Mobile was great, as they got her set up with a good deal and the phone she wanted. They were very attentive and nice making it a pleasant interaction.

Hours on the door says it closes at 8pm. We arrived at 730, and the doors were already locked, and workers refused service. Two workers were available with no other customers in the store. We were told we needed an appointment??? Lights were turned off at 7:35pm. I guess the store made too much money and didn't need any more business. Won't be getting my business for sure.

Went to the store today thinking I needed a new phone. Thought my charging port on my Samsung s21 was broke. Donovan one of the staff asked to check it out. After a few minutes he had cleaned a bunch of junk out of the port now it charges again. Thanks. Great to know not all technicians are ready to just sale you a new phone, but to help the customer.

Scammers, told me my bill will only be $90 and ended up being $150 because of stuff they added to my plan that they make extra commission off of. Should've known this when I saw them give each other a fist bump when I switched over to them from AT&T.Worst experience I had with T Mobile. I came to the store 3-5 times and they They told me they are a 3rd party retailer, ended up going to the Outer Loop store and they told me they are all the same but gotten better assistance there.Complete liars and the manager is the one who sold to me, hes the one who added sync drive to my plan when I told them I don't need it and didn't even tell me anything about it. My bill was never $90 by the way and he illegaly signed documents without my signature.

They straight lied to my face. Girl told me my phone would be $900 as an upgrade. Regular price is $1000. I got charged a $1000 anyway. She never asked for my old phone because screen was going out. She showed me on a calculator that my payment would be $37.50 per month. I'm getting charged $41.67. I went up there and they act like thay don't know what's going on and want do anything for me. Customer care # keeps saying temporarily unavailable. This place is pathetic!

had very poor servive from the two guys that helped me. i called t-mobile and switched providers to t-mobile. t-mobile sent me two new sim cards and my new phone. i took the new items to the store so i could have the old phone numbers put onto the two new sim cards and my new phone. after they completed the process i thought everything was ok. once i got home i discoverd that i could not make or receive calls on my new phone. the messages that was supposed to be going to my phone was going to my wifes phone. the only phone they did not screw up was my fathers phone. i also asked for a new case for my new phone, one guy put my new phone into my old phone case and said it kinda fits. i told him i want one that is made for that phone, he told me to go to wal-mart. ill never go to that t-mobile store again.

I have had T-Mobile for years and if I could give negative stars I would based upon the fact that they had a long line I parked around back of T-Mobile and stood in line for a few minutes before walking out there was only one or two people and I couldn’t figure out why there was employees working on their cars and playing football in the parking lot out back of T-Mobile this is unprofessional and theft of time I even heard the VALVOLINE employees next door to them talking about how lazy everybody in this store is and how the two gentlemen working on their mustangs always are working on their cars during work hours and leave the other employees to the customers this should be grounds to fire people that are not in there doing what they are paid to do I will never step foot in this store again period this is unacceptable
