Started using Swank last year and have had compliments on my hair ever since. Tom is such a professional and is so good at listening to concerns and questions and making suggestions based upon my questions about what to do with my hair. With the appointment only requirement I feel like I am getting treated in an environment that is relaxed, calm and private. The location on Bardstown Road is very convenient with parking in front of the building.
