Always poor customer service. Just don’t ask a question and you will still be disappointed. Don’t really have much for how big the space is and always hard to find things. Just go to Oscar’s if you are looking for a local hardware store (as this isnt local it’s a chain) or for more go to Lowe’s or Home Depot.

You can shop here if you want, I had a basket full of merch only to find out, no public restrooms, had to leave an go home the walgreens across the street side not have one either. To me that is inconsiderate and can be an inconvenience when shopping . I did not return to get the items . Oh well.

Worst customer service. Even though the location is extremely convenient to my home I refuse to shop here ever again. In the future, I will head on down to Brownsboro Hardware where they are friendly and helpful EVERY time I enter the store, unlike Sutherland. I'm amazed this place stays in business... again, it must be the location because the staff and selection certainly are not what's driving customers.

Passive aggressive employees, and they show no intent to help the customer. Older man at cash register is dull and disrespectful. Younger man is conniving and sly with his sarcastic “HAVE A NICE DAY” act… a sorry excuse for a business and just plain wrong in terms of customer service .

Had a quart of paint mixed. Color looked wrong. Salesman seemed confused but assured me color would darken upon drying. It didn’t .

It's nice having a hardware store in the neighborhood, but some of the least helpful employees ever. I'm far from a handyman so every time I come in I ask if I'm buying the proper stuff or to point me in the right direction only to receive a glare or very unhelpful answer. Miserable assistance each and every time.
