Bought a case of Modelo that already had lime infused in it. Drank one beer out of it. Called the store asking if there was anything they could do for me since I found it absolutely disgusting. They said no. So I left my number with whoever I talked to asking to have owner or manager call me back next day. Nobody ever called me. So I called back the next night and guy couldn’t understand me on phone and I could barely understand him. Next thing I know he laid phone down and started helping other people in background. So I gave up and hung up phone. I think they have horrible customer service. Imo they could have given me some kind of store credit and damaged our beer and sent it back to manufacture. Or anything to try to make it right. I buy my bourbon from there all the time. Of course now I won’t. I’ll go elsewhere. They were too high anyway. They have everything marked up. Save your money and go somewhere cheaper. With better customer service that you can understand and they understand you.

Sometimes they're friendly in there and sometimes they're not I believe they're Africans that are in there working I make up their own prices I do tell you that much they're higher than everywhere else
