Walked in not knowing “not to be on your phone in the store” so my husband was looking at men charms while i looked at guns so I called my son asking him questions of his opinion what he thought was best to buy and what he thought was good enough for me, this Scott guy was very rude, smart, nasty telling me “get off ur phone” I said I’m talking to my son he replies “ I don’t care who u talking to, READ!!!! And pointed to a sign about being on the phone that I never seen. Then continued to talk smart and mumbling under his breath til the owner came over to him and made him go to the back! Sale lost on the gun for sure!!! Ms. Mary was super nice and very helpful to me and my husband thank you a million times and so was her daughter Amanda…. Thank you both! Customer service took care of itself! The owner… thank you for de escalating the negative situation and still gaining a sell that could have been 2. Scott is very rude and nasty and smart!!!!

As soon as I walked in the door, he very rudely said we’re not interested. I understand they were not interested in the expensive thing I was bringing in, but he didn’t have to be so rude which kinda is messed up because I’m a repeat customer to this place.
