These people are raciest. Imagine I stand there waiting for help at least 3 hours, and the time they came, I was told they are closing there Is no way I can get my order. I have to wait the next day but the lady who was there with me they let her do her work and provided her some support but chased me outside off the door. This is staples on Bardstown Road. Do not go there, their service is 0%!

Submitted an online order for a print job yesterday. Paid extra to have it done by 11am. It wasn't ready and I was told that it wouldn't be ready until after 4:30. The event I needed said print for was at 3pm. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with who could help me find a solution. Wayne comes up and was being super helpful. Behind him comes Mark who just keeps interrupting and telling Wayne incessantly to just give me a refund. He became increasingly angry and started complaining about how 2 people had quit and that it wasn't his problem. It got to a point that he was so irate that his entire face was beet red and I seriously didn't feel safe. If I had to put up with a maniac like him for a job, I would quit too! Wayne...5 stars! He got the job done! Mark...0 stars! You need some serious anger management!!!

Well, since we're on the subject (ratings) let's talk about Staples. First, I love the store itself. They just have everything. I have a thing for nice writing pens and they usually have one or two that I'll fall in love with. And stationery, and the newest gifts and calligraphy pens and I'll stop. Guys, I've been in there more than as couple times where I'm telling you, I could've walked around the store for 4 hours and no one will take the initiative to see if they can help me find what I'm pacing the entire store for. They just watch me, checking the isles (for like 20 mins). I will say that some items are definitely not where i'd expect/or put them. At one point, on a delivery i have up after asking someone twice (they pointed me in a direction [twice]) finally, i just left to get out of their hair. But that was my experience. Sad face.

The grosses bathrooms in the south ! I've seen vacant gas stations with cleaner facilities ! 100% apparent that the employees have there own restroom ! Stunk, no paper products,no soap ,

Went to this location twice for business cards. Always done before the promise time and date.I’m pretty sure it depends on what you order but if you are looking for fast friendly service for marketing needs.I recommend this location!

Anthony, was very rude. There was no greeting. And when his arms couldn’t reach far enough over the counter to scan my case, I adjusted the cart and case of paper for him… to guess what?… NO “Thank you”, for making his job, my checkout a little easier for me, the customer, nor offer to assist with the carry as case of paper. Totally beneath par service. If working at the counter is beneath you…LEAVE! STAPLES…you can do better! DO BETTER!

If you need help with your documents I recommend that you do not go to this site. The attention to the public is terrible, it seems that the workers are working against their will. Or they had lemon cassock for breakfast ?
