I took an expensive watch in for repair . Battery was replaced . It ended up not being the battery . I was within my one year warranty. I was told it would be sent out but that the repairman would not be happy since the warranty would be expiring soon . Jeweler never called me . I called . Owner of jeweler store could not report issue with watch or what was repaired . He requested I pick up my watch that day even after hours . He said I needed to do business elsewhere for repairs . When I picked up my watch it was not working . Needless to say — they did not standby their warranty and I believe I was lied to about my watch . It should be noted that I paid for a new battery even though it should have been free IF they followed their warranty policy . Why offer a warranty if one won’t upload their own policy ? Have informed many people of this experience . Extremely disappointed .i see now they are not accredited by BBB either and per other reviews I wish I read them before I went here.

Billy and staff take care of their customers. We recently came in to look at wedding bands and Billy cleaned my fiance's engagement ring for free. Additionally, had a battery in my watch replaced and had it returned to me the next morning. This is the only jeweler I will shop at in town. If you wish to have a more personal experience and avoid the feel of big box diamond stores, go see Billy.

Didn't honor a previous offer on trade in when I came back in with fiancé. Left me in a difficult position and left feeling like his offer written on a business card meant absolutely nothing.

Took my tennis bracelet there to put a new clasp on. Put a clasp that did not work properly and was nothing like the original. Was impossible to get on and off without help. Already Had spent over $125 and they were going to charge me an additional $200 to fix there own mistake. Claimed that was with a $50 discount.

I can’t recommend St. Matthews Jewelers enough. From the moment I walked in the door I received next level service when shopping for a gift for my wife. They helped guide me through their beautiful selection and we picked out an amazing necklace that my wife loves! Thank you so much for your help and I’ll definitely be returning to St. Matthews Jewelers in the future.

My mother gifted a Christmas necklace to my wife, made of glass or perhaps Bakelite. The wire holding the doves and holly leave had deteriorated so much that the necklace was falling apart. Prior to St. Matthews I went to 4 jewelers [not to be identified] and each told me they could not/would not do anything. After Googling for restringing. I found St. Mathews. What a find! they did it in style and quickly. Now the memory of m mother graces my wife's neck. Excellent, friendly work!

I needed to have a watch repaired, but decided on replacing it instead. I had good information from the staff. I returned to the store to have a leather band I had installed and the metal band removed from the new watch. They were able to do that swap while I waited, didn't try to sell me anything and actually did the swap at no cost. This was my first contact with this store and I was impressed with the helpfulness and will certainly return when in need of a jeweler!

This is the place to come for any jewelry needs. They have fixed my rings on a couple of occasions and are helping me find a piece of jewelry for my mom. They are such nice people and want to do everything they can to make sure the customer is happy. Thanks for all your help each time I come in. =)

Before being engaged, I always dreamed of a pretty little ring that I could wear forever once I was married. My fiancé and his mother had a great connection, Barbara, who helped create the ring of my dreams. Needless to say, I was in tears of joy when I saw it! Barbara did a fantastic job. She was also able to incorporate a family diamond into the ring, making it even more special. From what my fiancé told me, the time to make the ring was pretty quick and everything he had asked for was accommodated. I'm so happy with the piece of forever that St Matthews Jewelers has provided. I would highly recommend this place for picking out engagement rings, or any other jewelry desires you may have!

We’ve had a such a great experience at St. Matthew’s Jewelers with Bobby. We purchased my engagement ring and both wedding bands from them and have had amazing customer service. All cleanings for the rings have been free of cost. Our re-sizing of one of our wedding bands was also such an easy process with the employees here. We will definitely purchase again from St. Matthew’s Jewelers!

We've had such a fabulous experience with St. Matthew's Jewelers. The customer service at this family run jewelry store is superb. They really go above and beyond to help you with your vision and your jewelry purchases. We have purchased an engagement ring and two wedding bands here and have had all our resizing done with no extra cost and such ease! All cleanings for my rings have been at no extra cost either! We will definitely make another purchase here. The staff is so helpful and kind.
