The manager was RUDE! I went to this store to return a business internet modem and have them help me set up my new personal modem that T-mobile sent me as a replacement! The manager stated that customer service would have to help me set up the new internet, I said no I was told that I could get help in the store! She kept talking to me in a condescending and dismissive tone telling "no" that was not going to happen at the store! At that point I told her she being rude! Again in that same tone of voice she basically told me that she wasn't being rude and that I could go to another store! AND SHE WALKED AWAY AND STARTED CHECKING IN OTHER CUSTOMERS ENTERING THE STORE!! hate to make this a race thing but, I was the only African American in the store that needed help and I had been in the store for 20 minutes and no one had checked me in!!! She acted as if I was getting on her nerves and helping me would be a chore and I needed to just get out so she could help the white customers that were coming in the store!I had been in this store earlier last week and on yesterday ( Monday) no one acted like her! And she lied because the original modem I returned, was set up in this very store by a very nice and professional employee! I have been a customer for 21 years and never had anyone acted this way with me! You simply don't treat customers this way!I am in business also and have been trained on how to give great customer service and her body language, her tone of voice along with her facial expression simply is not customer friendly! I will tell everyone I know not to go to this store! I am waiting for the district manager to email me. You just don't treat 21 year customers this way!!!

I got a new phone and could not get it to download properly. I went to this T-Mobile and Makayla went over and above to get it working correctly. I may not have spelled her name right but from now on she will be the only one who handles my phone issues. Many thanks to a smart lady.

Upgraded my phone in store yesterday with the help of Arianna. She was so friendly and helpful…really went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed, without pressuring me into “extras”. She was thorough throughout the whole process (which was quicker than I thought it would be), and dealt with all of my questions! She didn’t mind addressing my concerns with camera settings, a good case, phone protection, etc. I will definitely go back to this store in the future.

Very unorganized staff. Waited over an hour to be seen on 20 August. Only to have a staff member bring an additional person to the table whilst exposing my personal information and account info to this stranger. Very unprofessional. This store should be shut down. Definitely not what I thought T-mobile represented.

It was a very busy night, lots of customers and long line. But Collin/Colin was amazing. He was professional, worked quickly and took care of everything. I highly recommend this location and I give Colin high praise for multi tasking and knowing exactly what to do. He went above and beyond!

I had a great experience at this location, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Elliott went above and beyond, amazing work. I would definitely recommend looking into phone service with T-mobile, as well as shopping at this store.

Chris Rocks!After hours of headaches with customer service over the phone I decided to walk into this location & Chris went above and beyond to resolve my issues quickly. His customer service and professionalism exceeded expectations & ultimately led to me keeping 10 lines with t mobile when I was on the verge of canceling all together. Highly recommend this location

I went into this store today with the intention of purchasing two new phones and overall the two staff members that helped me were spectacular, but when I went to pay for the phones there was an additional charge of almost $80 for them to setup the phones. I asked them why I was being charged for something they were absolutely not going to do to which the store manager Cheryl, who took a minute out of her busy day of making her shopping list, chimed in to say that they charge everyone that fee whether they do it or not. I believe that is a very dirty practice on her part to take money for things that they do not do. I have already contacted T-Mobile on my way home and purchased the new phones and they are being shipped to me, and they were very concerned to learn of her business practices so now they have to go and look into all the phone sales at her store and review what customers are being charged for.

Lost my phone Into Thin Air. Went to T-Mobile store where I walked right in and was taken care of by Chris, the associate manager (our luck). He immediately put me at ease knowing how stressed I was about potentially losing all my data. He went above and beyond the Call of Duty! I left there with a new phone and everything restored as well as my lost phone being completely locked down. Best service ever.

I recently visited the store due to an issue with my daughter's phone. Unfortunately they were not able to help and sent us to a repair shop. Now to explain the 3 stars. The ladies in the store were fantastic. The store was nice, clean and even had a bathroom available to the public. The lost stars are for their corporate policies. They no longer have the ability to really check out, in store, issues for people and end up sending us somewhere else. I think it's a service they should have, given the amount of money we spend on said electronic equipment and the monthly costs. This is why people get so upset these days, no one wants to be sent all over town when we are paying good money for a service. Like I said though, the ladies in the store were great. But they could be even better if they were given more to work with.

When you are in store, you should know what offers you are showing to customers, we had a bad experience with this store. The person who attendee us has don't have proper knowledge, he fake promised some trade-in value, and next week when we accepted the tradein and got new mobile and when we tradein we are getting half value than the person promised us. and went back and asked them. They are very rude and saying- "when some tmobile store person promises you somethingon tradeinor offer, get it in written and signed from store person". Got cheated and when we asked to cancel deal and give back my money, they says. We can cancel tradein but you can't get your registration charges, and other charges you spent on this transaction which are more tha 100$. They accept its their mistake but they can't give back our payments.Be careful when you hear a offer or tradein value. Better get it in written from store person because next if you go and ask, they say it's a oral discussion we need proof that we said so.

Dealt with a dude named Elliot I think. He had know idea what he was doing, he was on the phone with a west coast rep the whole time to ask questions. He could have given better advice but since he did not know what he was doing, I left and went to a different TMoblle location. Avoid Elliot at this location, he is green and has no idea what he is doing. Thank God I switched to AT and T.
