If go there early in the morning there's a good chance they'll have a sign on the door saying "closed". They're supposed to be a 24 hour a day store.

12/3/23 at 9:45 am. The man that works here at this time never does his job. Always on his phone. I ask for a bag, he says huh 3 times bc again he is always on the phone. He gets a bag an throws if on the counter. Plus he stinks

The new night employee is speaking should I say yelling in a vary disrespectful manner slamming the door repeatedly iv got to say the most disrespectful person I have ever come across I think the store was better off closed at night because the door is still locked 80% of the time God knows what he is doing in there.

You cannot go into this location without being accosted by a vagabond for something or another. They are permitted to lounge inside and treat the place as their own. I will no longer enter this location w my children, nor without them. I don't even like getting gas here. It was conveniently located right at the on/off ramp of the Watterson. I'd rather go out of my way than feel harassed.

I gotta actually rate this place and rate it lowest I can go..but if I could rate Speedway for how they have been doing lately in general, I'd rate it 1 star to the whole chain too. I have been waiting since March 13th to get a $20 owed to me... A whole $20...the most minoot thing I can even think of and I am complaining about it on here and corporate just because of the disrespect I have received from this store in particular, just because I have nothing better to than complain about than this store...because apparently my $20 isn't a big deal to anyone. I mean, it ain't their $20. Also because their bathrooms ain't been open since March 13th either. Doesn't matter, morning, noon or night ..rack of chips blocking the restrooms which is a convenience, is it not? Pretty inconvenient for a convenient store bot to have open to public bathrooms. The workers seem to have no problem using the bathroom themselves. My case # is CUSTFUP0165322... $20 though? All this over $20?

Can't get gas after 10pm even though its right off the interstate. Insane that they don't allow pay at the pump and it's 2023.

The Staff always nice ! The A team 2 guys & girl with green hair I do know one of their names his name is Derek. He definitely should be in management. He knows everything and helps everyone.

I've had numerous problems at the 4239 poplar level road Speedway. The last straw was having an attendant lied to me and say they didn't have enough to cash a $100 lottery ticket. He just had the register opened and had a stack a twenties. It's unfortunate that all of these gas station attendants don't know what customer service is and just want to be lazy. It was funny before he waited on me he got done with the other customer and then started messing around with his Blunt that he had behind the counter.Sad that these people don't understand if people stop shopping where you work you don't have a job. And please don't tell me that I don't know what I saw the guy had more than enough money to cash it. He just couldn't be bothered to take care of it.
