I witnessed the nastiest altercation here earlier today where an employee named Irene was screaming at the top of her lungs freaking out I walked in and immediately left with my husband I didn’t know this part of bardstown road was this bad when it comes to service I just wanted some soda and a got a earful instead it was like a psych ward in there, not a good look at all which sucks because I came here all the time :(

Went here to get gas the first time I go to the pump it doesn’t work so I go back in and ask what happened a fat blonde lady told me I would get my money back instantly which I recorded her saying paid for the gas again and got scammed again when I went back in she claimed to of never said that even though it’s recorded turns out all their pumps were broken and they never refunded me and refused to give a receipt and when we asked she threatened me cursed me out and said she’d call the cops for her own wrong doing luckily all of it was recorded and I reported them to the BBB and state attorneys office don’t come here for anything unless you want a tub of lard yelling at you like a maniac ?

No straws, no mayo for sandwiches, no forks. Nothing was stocked. The co-restroom was one of the worst bathrooms I have been in.

11pm at a 24/7 location and doors are locked. Cashier is just no where to be found. Been sitting here for 20 minutes just to see if they are ever coming back. Guess I’ll move on with my life.

Theyre struggling so hard to stay open they've reduced their service to window only, doors stay locked.

Pumps are on building is unattended. 6-7 groups of folks tried to make a purchase but nobody came to the window.
