The only reason this is not a one star review is because of the manager. But I have never seen two employees so useless I asked a question and she just said OK and then walked away. There is a very good reason why I usually use Thorntons over Speedway now.

Customer service is great! Only issue is lately they have been letting drugged/drunk people hang out there and loiter, causing issues with paying customers. One man, visibly was clearly inebriated yelling at teens, we had seen him there consistently for a few days. Another, was being extremely aggressive with customers coming in and out of the store. This is unacceptable activity. Please correct this. It could hurt your business, and your employees are fantastic, they deserve a safe place to work.

If your candy sign says Buy get one for $1 Then that is it. I should not be told it has to be the same item in order to get the promotion and if that is true the sign should reflect that. It’s not necessary to get your underwear in a bind when trying to explain it. I said that’s alright it’s not that serious just give me the smaller candy bar. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I don’t need to be told your AUNT is the manager and she’ll tell you the same thing. Nor do I need to be told you get paid by the hour. I was not rude but he was very RUDE. He should’ve explained it to me prior to ringing me up. I do not know if he was trying to show out in front of the other young man behind the counter, or just what, but it was not necessary. I don’t need shoulders, hand movements, and ATTITUDE. I don’t know, maybe he was having a bad morning because he’s usually kind. It’s apparent that he needs additional training on customer service because that should not be acceptable. Thank you.

When you ring something up and its more than the price listed in the shelf and not on sale, I would say sorry about that not act like the customer is wrong bit give you price anyways. Very rude lady manager. Cheer up lady
