This is the worst speedway there is, every night is a gamble if they are gonna have the door unlocked or not I always regret not stopping at a different gas station on the way home cause I gotta go back the opposite way 50% of the time.

Just left the Speedway 15 minutes ago, Sometime around 2:30 am. Two of the Male NightShift employees were leaning on the counter chatting and the Doors where locked. I walked away and the one of the Male workers ran out and asked if I was a Doordasher then walked off…. In conclusion, why is it a 24 hour gas station if customers aren’t being tended to??? Maybe they was on break idk but do better.

2nd time in 2 days I’ve been here. 2nd time in 2 days there’s 10+ people in line and 1 cashier working . 2 days ago there were 3 other employees in the store. 2 were stocking and 1 well I don’t know what she was doing. Today I saw 1 cashier (same one from the other day. she must be new but extremely nice) while the other was wiping down the counter by the drinks. Then proceeds to be on her phone while the line just got longer. Not very effective when you have a line like that for only 1 cashier. Not sure of the cashiers name, but she has long black hair in braids and wears glasses. Girl, you rock and sorry you’re not getting the help you need.

Marquita gave me excellent service and did a fantastic job with me this morning… I was alil confused about how to work the slurpie machine and Marquita went out of her way to make sure I understood… above and beyond service

Customer service is the worst! If your cashier doesn’t like interacting with paying customer, get a new job! Complaining about customer to other customers, ask for receipt is apparently to hard for the cashier! The last time going here at this location!

Tried to call and ask about lost and found. Whoever answered phone said "excuse me" then hung up. Tried to call back and nobody answered. Just trying to retrace my steps and look for a lost Healthcare item.

The customer service is always outstanding. I have my favorite stores. The best is greenwood rd and terry rd. The other is by Krispy Kreme off dixie highway when they are not closed early.

5-6 am - closedAnytime after 11pm - closed/doors lockedClosed at 6pm today.I understand the shortage of people not wanting to work, but this location has consistently gone down hill the past 4 years I’ve been in the vicinity. Everytime I make the decision to go to this gas station, it is closed. I guess I just have bad luck.
