Store closes at 6pm. Update your Google hours.
Edit: there’s nothing to “investigate further” Spectrum. People have been complaining for months regarding the hours. Update them. It’s simple.

Was very pleasantly surprised how smooth everything was when I needed to go into this location. Our router broke after a lightning strike, so we needed a replacement. No hassle, no charge, just needed to swap the old one for a new one and it works great. Service was wonderful, only waited a minute or so before an associate was available, and he was super nice. Overall a very smooth and easy experience.

Store closes at 6:00 but Google wa not updated with the new tempory hours. I work from home and need to switch out my equipment because it's interfering with work cutting in and out.

If 0 stars was an option thats what i would be rating it. Waited a whole hour to just drop no longer needed equipment off and to be told that i have to call a number to set up my new internet at a new apartment even though i was already in store and waited a whole hour to talk to someone. Why have a store if your not able to help the customers?

The website said open till 8 pm got here at 610pm and said on door they closed at 6pm, would've given 0 stars. For a tech store, update your website, which takes 10 seconds while printing off your door sign with updated hours....?

I was in the hospital and was 4 days over on my cancellation. They charged me $244.00 dollars for 4 days of service because they do not pro-rate their cancellations
