In-store reps were very efficient and polite with no harassing regarding any product that I did or did not want. I appreciated the sign-in kiosk, eliminating any confusion regarding the next person in line (this made waiting much more relaxing).
** My rating is based on multiple visits to this location over many years.

We had an appointment at noon, which was also opening time. There was a line, and it was sort of chaotic for a minute when they opened the doors. The service was fast and the employee was friendly. We traded out equipment and was out the door unless than 10 minutes.

7 year customer leaving do to rude and lazy employees. They hang up on you before fixing the problems. No accountability whatsoever.

Long wait, people just go in to chat with the representatives! Long waiting time. One representative spends more time chatting than they do helping! Insane…. Worse store! Best advice turn around and find a better store.

I brought my Mother’s Best Friend to the location to pay her bill and NOBODY WANTED TO HELP!! Employee #1 said that he was busy trying to get his terminal started and setup. Employee #2 spoke very little English and didn’t seem to care about the situation. FINALLY JORGE’ saved the day. Please keep in mind that my Mother’s friend is almost 80 years old and we didn’t understand what the machine was wanting from her. Jorge’ was very polite and DID NOT MOCK US like the others were. My Mother was also there to see about switching her services from AT&T to Spectrum but they might be charging her more money but they don’t treat Customers and “POTENTIAL” Customers like this. Not everyone conducts their business electronically or or is strictly Social Media Oriented. If your other employees are too busy to accept payments or assist an elderly person who’s quite a bit intimidated all of the things that are “SECOND NATURE” to Gen Z well dock their pay. Thanks again Jorge’ ….. if you were the only person that I had come in contact with they would have gotten a way higher rating

I will go without internet before I ever use Spectrum again. Not only do they raise the price whenever they want to, even when you go to cancel they will sit there and make you wait on hold to try and get you to hang up so you can’t cancel. Then on top of that when you return your equipment you find out that they never even canceled your service in the first place even after being on the phone with a so called floor manager for over 2 hours.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
