I recently had the opportunity to work with Chris Biermann at Spectrum Sight and Sound and Mitch Greenfield of Greenfield Solutions on a Control4 issue. I greatly appreciated their willingness to try to find a discontinued piece of Control4 equipment for our home and their suggestions for alternatives. Their communication and responses were both professional and very prompt, and I can attest that they fully stand behind their services. I recommend both Chris and Mitch at Greenfield Solutions very highly!

I used this company recently for a small installation job. They were very responsive, and clearly communicated the cost of the work, installation details, etc. The work itself was completed timely, the crew was very polite and professional, and the end result was exactly what I needed.

After some small communication issues Spectrum Sight and Sound exceeded our expectations. Doug was very friendly and on top of making sure our project was understood before getting the installers out to our house. Once the installers came out, they were extremely professional and found the wiring in our home to hookup some outdoor Sonos speakers we wanted to put around our fire pit. They sound amazing and they did it at a great rate. We will definitely use them again!

From start to finish was very professional. The customer service was beyond 5 stars. Our home has a large open ceiling and we were not sure if we could get Dolby Atmos to work with our room. Doug looked at it and was able to give us suggestions on how it could work. We also wanted a security camera system. Doug got us the quote on the speakers and security camera system and to be honest the prices were less than I was expecting it to be. I then asked him if we could go to larger speakers. He told me he felt like it we didn’t need the larger speaker. Try to think of when you have ever tried buying anything bigger and more expensive. Then they tell you I don’t think you need something bigger and more expensive. That is true customer service! The guys who did the installation were just as amazing as Doug. They were very polite and professional and knew what they were doing. They also cleaned up after the install. I had a big box store come in and install a 85” 8K tv and they left trash and styrofoam everywhere. This is why I looked for some other company that knew what they were doing and more knowledgeable about the products and customer service. I found that company. Could not be happier with Spectrum Sight & Sound.

Doug Wilder of Spectrum Sight and Sound of Louisville worked with my wife and me to upgrade our existing high end home theater system.Doug planned with us to accomplish five things. 1) Clean up our existing wiring and scheme it to a professional appearance 2) Add a new Sony 77” TV and install our existing 65” in our bedroom 3) Add a Mcintosh MHA 200 headphone amp to setup 4) Replace my existing sub with a new JL E-12 and finally 5) Run my Mcintosh MENS sound calibration program to attain the best theater sound experience possible.The work came in two phases; Avery Wilder and John headed up the first phase of work for 1,3 and 4. Their work was professional at a 10 rating and we couldn’t be more pleased. Doug took charge of phase two for 3 and 5.All I can say is that after Doug put the final touches on our system, is that our movie experience rivals what we can hear in modern theaters…all right in the comfort of our home.Personally, to have established a relationship with Spectrum Sight and Sound in Louisville is the icing on the cake. ( We’re 80 miles away.) They’re there to support our love of music and surround sound. I have had sound systems installed in two previous homes. Spectrum Sight and Sound was hands down the best company (from start to finish) I have dealt with. I am kicking myself now for not knowing about this company earlier. Sales and installation was a joy to deal with and the finished product is the impeccable. Kudos to everyone at the company. I reccommend them with the highest ratings.

Wanted to upgrade several Wall mount TV's in our home. Moved a 50 inch to the back bedroom and hung a 75 inch in our living room. Hid all the wiring because my wife is all about not seeing wires. Made sure my surround sound was spot on . Doug is really good at this techo stuff ! Natalie and her team were professional the whole way and it was very affordable. Recommend them highly.

Spectrum did a fantastic job for us. We used them for over 15 years and they do a wonderful job with installing equipment and making sure we know how to operate, When ever we run into challenges with the equipment they will come back to correct the problem and never charge us for the additional service call.
