Rude Customer Service. Mind you in the state of Kentucky you just need to show a driver's license to rent a lane and shoot. Their gun laws are more lenient than Illinois. I was told "we" could not, because our driver's license is from IL. For some background I have a CCL and a Foid. I had my own guns so we just needed the range and were willing to buy their amo. We weren't trying to rent any guns. They made up some rule to not let my bf shoot stating it was a fictious law. I explained that if they were going by Illinois law, because I have a foid plus a conceal and carry, our state law is that he is allowed to come in as my guest so that made no sense since we were in Kentucky. I just left because, I was not going to argue with ignorance and felt like he was just being Racist and making excuses to not rent us a lane. So if you're from out of town please save yourself the trip. We went straight to Lousiville Armory closer to the city, and they were so nice and helpful. Spent our money there. They reaffirmed my suspicions, and only asked for our driver's license. The nice employee there stated I didn't even need to show him my CCL or Foid to use a lane.

I had an amazing experience at the range, thanks to Steve, the manager! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding throughout my visit. Steve’s knowledge and expertise really shine, and he knows how to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing the best experience for his customers. Staff was great. Range was clean. RSO corrected someone who was negligent next to us. Made some purchases that took us past closing but the staff was great about accommodating us. Would recommend this range to anyone! Even set up a gun with a light and optic for my mom’s new purchase. Great experience!

I have bought a gun here and spent time at this range.
My mom suffers from migraines that put her down for days, she has a class and couldn’t make it - that her friend STILL went to.
My mom was in bed, throwing up because of a migraine, and she couldn’t make it.
This dumbass company won’t refund her for a simple class or let her reschedule it because of their “policy” ????
There’s so many other options, don’t go to a place that has 0 respect for someone getting ill.

My wife had a medical emergency on the day of her ‘beginners’ class. This RANGE USA facility hid behind corporate policy and would NOT allow her to reschedule her class because she didn’t cancel or reschedule 2 days prior to her class ? SOMEONE FROM RANGE USA NEEDS TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW YOU PREDICT A MEDICAL EMERGENCY !! I don’t spend $10,000 per year at RANGE USA, but I do take my grandson, and daughters there several times per year, we pay for our range time, buy our ammo, buy our targets, and I’ve even bought a gun from them. Sadly, I will not spend another penny at this place…. All over a $65 class…… pitiful

I'm not going to lie. I read a bunch of bad reviews and almost didn't go. Glad I didn't listen! I went right after they opened and it quickly got busy. EVERYONE was great, friendly and polite. Nice range and store as well. I can't wait to go back and bring some friends. Go check it out. Fwiw I believe their website lists half hour times, they said they only do one hour, which is fine with me.
