He had a great experience with the customer service representative named Bryce. He was kind, smart, and quick. He made great recommendations and answered all of my questions. We will definitely go to this exact Sherwin-Williams again and again.
The only down fall? They did not have one of the stain colors we needed. Bryce let us know when it would be available so we could return at that time.

Slow and terrible service you can ask him for one product and they'll put it in another not even asking you if it's okay we'll never go into that store again and I know other contractors had problems I can't believe nothing is done about it. David cox painting

The customer service was horrid . I was the only customer in the store where I waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES until someone came to offer assistance, totally unacceptable. When Kyle finally did come to ask if I needed help he stated there was a "paint shortage" and there were no items I could get.
