Went in needing exterior paint for a mural. Staff was more than patient and informative with what I needed. Phenomenal service, particularly from Stan, who was so wonderful as an employee it makes you want to work here with him! Would highly recommend going to this store for your paint needs. I'll certainly be returning here in the future for any future projects I have.

Having not painted in over 20 years, I needed help. The store personnel are professional, helpful, insightful, and helped me thru two projects, inside and out. The finished product is terrific and competitively priced. Too many people don't have the opportunity or insight to go to this type of provider and get professional help.

My husband and I made a quick pit stop today to view paint colors we'd bookmarked. We have plans to paint our master bedroom and bath, plus sitting room that sits between the bedroom and closet. A big project so loving the paint color is vital! We were greeted quickly and offered help by one of their associates. I'd hoped to get a sample container to bring home but they were out. We were offered another option for $15. Near the paint colors was a master sheet to reference colors. We were able to find the swatches quickly and review their brand options. Most prices were fairly hefty, and I couldn't decide if their lower level offer was popular. A quick scan of reviews was very divided. We decided to skip the paint today and consider other brands that will offer durability and provide good coverage.

Bright store and easy to navigate for pleasant shopping experience and color browsing. Friendly and helpful staff, ask if you need help and provide great recommendations. Much better experience here every time than at their next door neighbor, Benjamin Moore. Also love that SW frequently has paint on sale. I'll keep going back to this store for all my paint needs for my new home. Sign up for the membership!

Came in looking to find a stain that would closely match my flooring. The sales person took the wood I wanted to stain and the next day I had a stain that perfectly matched my flooring.
