I purchased a gun and tv yesterday and tv was off in store last minute purchase well as I'm paying for items they go get tv off shelf never plugged it in at register for there testing and then I almost take wrong tv that was plugged in and the manager says no that's not yours he's getting yours off shelf I get home tv doesn't work but they say today it's policy I can't get another one or money back the manager should be ashamed of herself because she knows that tv was never brought over and checked it came right off shelf so it makes me think they knew it didn't work and that's just wrong

Bought a 55 dollar watch there today. Had a lot of functions so checked it the best I could since everything is as is and no return for defective items. Twenty minutes later I looked at it closely when I got home and all the digital parts seemed to function correctly. When I tried to set the analog functions ie hour, minute and second hand they failed to set and move at all. Returned it to the store immediately and left it on the counter telling them that it didn't work and was junk. Salesman said really as I walked out of the store and said nothing else. I am not surprised as there have extreme turnover in employees and managers alike. There are exceptions to all rules and a sale like this returned in 30 minutes there obviously should be an exception as it is impossible to check every function when you buy. Obviously I will never enter the store again and I have been buying things there for years. I will continue to do business with the store in Shepherdsville and Dixie highway store. The store in Shepherdsville always is extremely reasonable and the employees go over and above to insure that you are satisfied. I would never have this problem there. So let my 35 minute purchase of a defective watch that cost me 55 dollars be your warning. All the warning signs were there, I just ignored them. I returned the defective item to the store and left it to see there reaction and there was none. I will never enter the store again but I will make my experience well known to everyone I deal with and the other stores. I see the main manager often and will let him know how bad the store has gotten. I would have never let a customer that buys from three different stores walk out with nothing said by the manager and a second employee! Can not get an worse than this. Hopefully the manager over all the stores will use this flagrant example of my 55 dollar loss there to make major changes at the Hillview store. I don't even have to ask about which stores make nor money with satisfied customers. Shame to end like this but it's a 55 dollar lesson for owning the defective watch for 35 minutes. Remember that I left the watch on their counter and told it was defective not a response of any kind by either employee. Buyer must always beware but this takes the cake!

I waiting patiently for 15 minutes then left while the red haired good ole boy behind the counter did nothing. It’s a shame you walk in a business money in hand and they won’t let you spend it. This place will never get my business ever.

My fiancé pawned some very expensive jewelry of mine (including a tennis bracelet with real gems) and when it came time to pick them up, the tennis bracelet was snapped in half! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

The selection here reminds me more of goodwill. Their collection of jewelry was limited and generally unimpressive. I was interested in one ring, but I did not get a chance to look at it, since no one offered me any assistance. I would say not to even go out of your way to visit this establishment unless you need second-hand home items (vacuum cleaners, air conditioners small kitchen appliances) or “mint condition” quarters.

The employees working today we're super nice! They helped me out a lot. Both were very patient, funny, kind, helpful, and understanding. I know nothing about game systems, so they helped me set up an account and put parental restrictions on it for me. Couldn't tell you how many times we had to put in usernames and passwords, and they didn't get frustrated or impatient at all! It seemed like it took forever. Thank you for your help and patience.

This pawn sold me a broke ps4 controller and once i went back to get a refund or another controller that works they tryed to sale me another broke ps4 controller. And put the broke ones back to sale to another person. What kinda place sales you broke stuff and trys to replace it with another broke controller. And the guy told me its just tge options button do you really need it. What a joke. Id say do not buy from this place they sale broke stuff to customers and could care less. 1/10 go to bullitt pawn they respect the people who take hard earned money to buy from them and if its broke they will refund your money or replace it with something new not another broke ps4 controller. Go check the controllers out youll see what im talking about. Do not buy from this pawn shop
