The parking lot was filthy. I was approached by THREE panhandlers from pump to door. The store's inside layout is set up in a strange way, making it very very overcrowded and uncomfortable. The staff is extremely rude and are more interested in their conversations and phones than customers.

The dark-skinned people who are there are very rude when you go shopping they always respond badly to me as if you were going to ask for things for free.

Nice convenient store downtown. Prices are a little high. Employees are friendly and keep it clean. You can usually get in and out of there pretty quick.

Excellent service and very clean,these bad reviews are from homeless thieves and crackwhores who have been banned from the store and property,truly sad these scum use their Obama phones to harass employees with fake reviews.

Don't even bother wasting your time if you have a family they do not allow accommodations for the bathroom and I can understand keeping your local meth heads or whatever out however if his family pulls in out of state it would be nice to be accommodated for restroom especially with small children. I mean everything's there for convenience it's just that part about not having a public restroom... Even if it's like just daytime hours they need a restroom!!!!

Stopped in here as were passing through Louisville to use the bathroom and get a cup of hot water to make tea. Despite the website saying this location offers a toilet, they refused to let me use it. Then I poured a cup of hot water and they told me I would need to pay for the styrofoam cup? I have never been asked to pay for hot water (or the cup I poured it in) at a gas station, so I left it behind. Definitely the strangest gas station experience I’ve ever had.

We did have a guy begging for money but a shell emplyee quickly made him leave .my inlaws car was over heating and shell dont have a public restroom but the lady working wAs very sweet an took our container an filled it with water
