Incredibly rude person with short red hair behind the counter. They just stared at me the entire time I wad shopping then when I was checking out they didnt even say hi or you’re welcome. I mean this is the bare minimum for customer service. Very strange behaviour

I recently visited Sephora at Kohl’s and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff spent the entire time talking to each other and completely ignored me. I walked around the store for quite a while, and not a single person acknowledged my presence or offered assistance. This kind of inattentive service is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the shopping experience.

Love visiting from time to time to restock on a few favorites. Was heartbroken to hear how bad it's gotten from kids stealing as they didn't have a lot of shades that I wanted due to this issue.

Kohl's customer service has become a joke. Obviously there customer service 800 number is handled in a foreign country. After calling several times it became obvious. They do not speak clear English and they talk very fast. It is hard to understand what anyone is saying to you. What is happening to America? Their stores have been redesigned and the lay out is now terrible and quality is gone.

We just left Kohls and I am impressed!We wanted some large lawn chairs, I immediately saw staff and they came over and got the chairs and brought them to the front for us and later delivered to our car. The staff was SO friendly! I kinda felt bad about asking but they insisted. The Kohls card also saved us $70! Well staffed, friendly people, isles you can actually fit it, and safe/plenty of parking. Thanks Kohls!

Michaela was super friendly and helpful as I sought ways to improve the appearance of my dark under eye circles. Despite the store being busy when I stopped in today, she took her time in helping me, color matching products with care, giving me samples so I don't waste product and money as I figure things out, and sticking with me through all my questions with a genuinely friendly attitude. I will definitely be back and will restock my products there vs. online--Great in person customer care is worth it!

Can’t even get a hold of anyone at the store…. Their phone number doesn’t work and you have no way of contacting anyone… so unprofessional.
