I got into an accident and needed a new bumper.
Tony took care of EVERYTHING. All I had to do was give him the claim number.
He set me up with a rental vehicle in case it took a few days.
Tony literally called me in less than 3 hours saying the job was done. He even had the van detailed!
I returned the rental and had my work van back all in less than a work day.

Returned more damaged than when I left it. Someone hit my vehicle in Senn’s parking lot. The only reason I found out was because the other guy’s insurance called me (the insurance said they waited 30 minutes to give Senn’s enough time to call me first; they did not). When I took it to Senn’s I needed them to fix a huge dent and to put on a new fender. Left and went to another shop needing a new fender, new taillights, and bumper. They offered to try fix the rest for free labor which is generous but I just wanted to get my vehicle out of there by this point.
Ended up having to take my vehicle to a different shop and pay out of pocket for labor because they could not get the correct parts. I had to order all aftermarket parts. (This was more of a vendor issue but they should have communicated with me and offered a different solution at some point).
I asked them several times to do a digital alignment. Senn’s kept saying they would do a digital alignment and then I would ask if they had done it and they claimed they “did not see anything from the outside that looks like the frame would be off.” I had to argue with them enough to do one and sure enough my frame was off. (Just slightly but it is good to have that in my records. Then they fixed it). It was weird that I had to argue for a digital alignment since I had to wait to take it in so that their pull system would be available. Senn’s also claimed that they always do the digital alignment last which makes no sense. Shouldn’t you know if your vehicle is going to be totaled before wasting money on parts?
Communication: They never called me to give an update. They ordered 12 fender flares (I needed one). Only found out they ordered so many after calling them every couple weeks myself for an update. They were nice at least.
Timeliness: Senn’s estimated 1 week for the repair. It took two months and they did not fix everything. (The only thing they fixed was a huge dent which does look much much better).
Cleanliness: Was returned clean (inside and out) besides the cigarette under my driver’s seat. (I have never smoked). Unfortunately cleanliness was the least of my worries.

This is the only shop I will go to. I've dealt with several in the city, and those experiences were questionable. Senn on Poplar Level is extremely reliable and staff are friendly!
