Seng Jewelers is the best in Louisville! Scott made the perfect ring out of two family diamonds that wrapped around each other perfectly! I couldn't image a better ring! He drew out a sketch as we sat there and the finished product was spectacular. I highly recommend you visit with them before you make your final decision.

I have needed assistance with my jewelry on several occasions. Once, I completely flattened my diamond solitaire which was soldered to my wedding wrap. Not the diamond itself, but my hand was trapped between a truck and dumpster. Thankfully, my ring protected my hand but was shoved almost to the band. They were able to fix it to look perfect and at a very reasonable price. This last time, I had to have a diamond replaced because I got my going caught on something. Side note, I must be hard on rings. They replaced the diamond and went the extra step to check all my prongs and repair any that needed it again at a very reasonable price. If only I had bought the ring from them 30 years ago, I wouldn’t have lost it in the first place!

50 years ago I bought my wife and engagement and wedding ring from Seng Jewelers. The main diamond had recently become lose with a prong missing, and needed a secondary diamond replaced. They also resized the rings.The work was done to perfection for a reasonable price. They were very friendly and easy to work with. We had a number of care and history questions that were answered very well in a friendly manner. The main diamond was an heirloom and of a European Cut. This was explained well with knowledge that it was probably cut before 1918!Overall this was a very pleasant and professional transaction a a very reasonable price. I WOULD RECOMENT SENG JEWELERS FOR INITIAL PURCHASES AND REPAIRS.

I had a high end watch that needed repair. It was a very difficult repair that took sometime to fix. You could only imagine my frustration. However, the jewelers at Seng assured me that it was going to be fixed right to manufacture standards. Well I got the watch back and was totally amazed/satisfied. These kind of repairs take time and expertise to do it right. I'm very pleased that Seng jewelers kept me calm and informed and therefore delivered. Very pleased with the professional service. I recently inherited a sentimental diamond band that was too small for my ring finger. Scott was very thorough determining the correct size for resizing the ring. It now fits like a glove! It means the world to me to be able to wear this ring. Thank you Scott!
