I have been shopping at Scout since it opened back on Market Street. Simply the best place in Louisville to buy unique and reasonably priced gifts for your friends (or yourself). Their decor, home goods, jewelry and accessories are lovely and the children’s section is great for kids as well as their design-minded parents. The owners are wonderful people and I’m so glad to have this store in our community.

This is my all-time favorite store! Not only do they have the most incredible gifts in jewelry, but the best customer service ever. When I die, and go to heaven, I hope heaven is just like Scout, but with some cats there, too!

The owner showed such kindness after a long, hard day. My daughter and I had our car break down and she had to go to the bathroom. The owner didn’t question it, he let her go in the employee bathroom immediately. I know this story doesn’t have to do with what they sell. But, anyone who is kind enough to help is where I would choose to spend money. Giving money to good humans.

The review wasn't because of the selection, it was because I felt like I was being followed then talked down to when I came into your business. I was with my white friends, who were also picking up and looking at items, but for some reason I was the only one your staff approached. The staff member took the item out of my hands and offered to keep it behind the counter until I checked out. I didn't see this happen to anyone else in the store expect me.

I love Scout! Year after year, I find fabulous gifts for my friends & family (& myself from time to time ). Hands down my favorite store in Louisville, Kentucky to find interesting, unique, & reasonably priced gifts, jewelry, & decor! They even have adorable toys, puzzles, & books for my niece & nephew! They are always helpful & customer driven to boot! New location is conveniently positioned right next to Bread Works in Chenoweth Plaza so parking is never an issue. Simply cannot say enough good things about Scout! A must in Louisville!!
