I had a very disappointing experience with Sam’s Club in Louisville, Kentucky. Our car tire went flat on the highway, so I called them to check if they had the tire we needed. They confirmed that they did, so we drove there. When we arrived, they told us we needed a membership to get the tire replaced, so we purchased one. Then, they said the tire wasn't actually available, despite assuring us over the phone that it was. I would not recommend going there. I'm extremely disappointed with their service.

I pay for a membership, I ran out of baby formula. They wouldnt let me buy formula for my starving baby because I was too early and wasn't a plus member. I wasn't aware there was another ploy to get more money from me after already paying to shop there. Will be cancelling my membership and moving to Costco.

Receiving is not open until 3pm. Walmart reefer has priority, so expect to wait in case one shows up before you get in the door. Other than that everything else is fine.

Every shopper in this store walks around like there is no care in the world and nothing going on. Straight zombies. Stood at the self checkout for 15 minutes waiting for an associate to assist the check out. Went and asked for help multiple times to no avail. Ended up just leaving due to unsatisfactory service and unbelievably long waits and lines. The parking lot had random stacks of carts sitting in the middle of driving lanes. PLEASE save yourself some time and NEVER visit this Sam’s club.

First time ever doing curbside pickup & it was flawless. They only thing I didn't like is you're not allowed to tip the people loading your car. I don't feel right not tipping someone who just loaded $500 worth of groceries in my car. Let them accept tips, Sam's !

First time ever going to Sam's Club. I took advantage of a $14 membership that i came across. The lady at the door was extremely nice. After that, we really only spoke to the people at the concession area. I asked how long the pizzas take to cook and mentioned I wanted to order some before we left. I told them we wanted to shop first and order through the app. I was told I had to order it now. This is because they only had limited supply. So I asked if i could get two. The answer was simply, "I guess." I ordered, and they quickly put them in the oven. So much for shopping. I only had about 10 minutes. I worked in restaurants for 35 years and was a front-end supervisor at a grocery for 5. I didn't mind ordering ahead and paying, but I felt there should have been an option to wait before they cooked them. Especially since the new option of ordering through the app was not an option. It was a less than great experience, and it might be a while before I return. It's a bit far from home, and Costco is closer.
