Sam's club is only mildly good. We come across membership each year for a very reasonable price, otherwise we would absolutely drop our membership. Prices are rarely better than Costco, but some of things we buy ARE cheaper at Sam's. Sam's does carry way more toys around the Christmas season which is nice. Things that some people won't care about: I HATE that every time I'm in this place I hear fork lifts beeping the entire time. It's annoying. The sound system for the overhead music has zero bass so it sounds like a cheap stereo playing at a flea market, cheapening the shopping experience. Worst of yet is the tire and battery section. Seriously does anyone attend this area? I was told to go knock on the door to the repair area to see if anyone would come. Then when I asked for someone to be paged I was told "they usually don't respond but I'll try". I don't work here people, I want you to find someone who does. I shouldn't have to try multiple times to track someone down.

Sam's club is your typical bulk warehouse store. I can get groceries, over the counter medicines and gas for cheap. You all know this. I have to share the game changer if their app to this review. I have paired my Sam's club card with my credit card.anytime I am in the vicinity of a Sam's club I can use my app to pay for my items and my gas. It's great and so advanced. It's really great. On my last visit, it got eve better. They had folks making fresh sushi at this Sam's club. I had to buy some to try it. It was excellent sushi. Go figure. Sam's club is really changing the game.

Sam's club is a bulk store franchise with a couple of locations spread throughout louisville. This Walmart owned company is a long time staple of the okolona community off Preston Highway In Lousiville Kentucky. Called sam's club named after Sam Walmart and club because you have to be a paid member to shop at this bulk store which also offers normal department store products. I can Vividly remember coming here as a child with my eyes lit up on Saturday mornings as I hit up all the free sample food booths. This is something they still do on weekends. So it's a cool tradition. Sams is a very large and spacious store and it's always fun to shop in bulk. They also have a really cheap and tasty cafe area that serves food, drinks and frozen yogurt Ice cream. Overall sam club is a nice place to shop and an experience for kids and adults a like.

I had ordered cupcakes for a birthday, to pick up this past Sunday. I arrived & the lady in the bakery told me they didn’t make them & she had called a manager back. No one came back or called me. It’s unfortunate to pay a membership fee & receive poor customer service.

I love this store. Gas is the cheapest in town and you can pay with your app. However, their hidden jewel is their pharmacy. Never crowded and the people who work there are the nicest and most helpful people you could meet anywhere. Pharmacist are ready available and their associates go out of their way to help you. Never crowded. Easy to get through to on the phone. Always fast and friendly service. Customer service desk is always helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good about Sams Club!

I called 4 times in a row between 11:30 and 12:00 on Friday 7/16 and no one would answer the phone or someone would put me on hold for 10-20 min with no one picking up. It was an urgent situation because my wife's wallet and keys were stolen from the local Cracker Barrel and someone charged over $2,000 on our Amex at this Sams Club. How hard is it to answer a phone? Isn't this a basic in business?

Very frustrating experience trying to get tires repaired as the department never seems to be opened. I will give a shout out to the manager Noah for trying to make the situation better. However I'm not sure I'll be renewing my membership. This location is not consistent in the grocery items they sell.

I love the convenience of sams but a lot is lacking. Last time I was there I was trapped behind a row of carts. I waited patiently for over 45 mins until finally the car in front of me pulled out so I could just pull forward. Then today I try to go early as I am a plus member but apparently I don’t have the correct color card so I was turned away... I upgraded to the plus and was never told I needed a different colored card. I’ve lost a card and was still given the green one even though I’m a plus member. Could they not even scan the card to see? Smh

Love that I can go in, get what I'm looking for and get out without having to stand in those ridiculous lines! Thank goodness for the scan n go phone app. The store is always clean and the workers at the door are always so friendly!!

Club is one of those places that you have to have a membership for and it's been right here in Okolona for a lot of years and I never had a membership but my mom has one and we will go in there and buy some things at times we need box election it's very large and get kind of messy on the inside and crowded in the parking lot but that's not their fault if they have a lot of customers it's just a decent place but I'm not gonna pay the prices just to shop there
