It is a safe place to be off the street but they have their stipulations about your length of stay rules for exiting and entry into their facility.

I called asking for assistance to pay my LG&E bill. I was transferred to the woman who handles that area. I received her voice mail. I left a detailed message of who I was and how to reach me and what I was needing assistance with. My phone call was never returned! I think that that's unprofessional. Especially when it was my first time ever contacting the SA requesting assistance.

AND HAD NO ISSUES,HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A DOG, SO, COLD IT WON'T STOP SHAKING, BECAUSE IT IS SO COLD.ABLANKET ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH.IF YOU HAVE A BUDDY WITH A DOG , OUTSIDE,TALK TO HIM ABOUT THE DOG BEING TO COLD. AND WHAT COULD HAPPEN,,(BUILDING A FIRE iS DANGEROUS.).A LOT OF PEOPLE WON'T LEAVE THEIR ANIMALS .
