Seriously… employee asked if she could help me find anything. I said yes this color. She says I believe it’s over here. I’ll go look… I’m looking for her, trying to follow her. She’s decided in the middle of helping me to go check someone else that just walked up to the counter. Leaving me standing, still wondering where this color is. Which would be OK but she’s literally in the middle of helping me find something with me following her and disappears. Honestly as customer service I know it’s hard but you really should see through with what you’re doing before you start doing something else. Everybody’s time is important. There are other stores that carry this color and I will go to any other store at this point because it’s just rude…Honestly, at least just say hey hold on one second let me help her real fast, say something, say anything, but just disappear.

Couldn’t even find help and found nothing I needed. I left. Why are all the products suddenly exactly the same as what you find in Walmart. Like shampoos. And honestly the hairspray I was looking for was three dollars cheaper at family dollar.

I was looking for massage oil and shea butter and was new to Louisville. I saw Sally's listed in Yelp and went there in hours of finding shea butter. I was quickly greeted by an upbeat owner who was eager to help, and when I mentioned massage oil and shea butter, she said that she had some choices but that I would be much better served by going to Ulta. I asked to see what she had and there were a few choices, and then she gave me directions to Ulta and was so happy to be helpful, and she was! It's this kind of small business owner or manager that makes them preferable to do business with... She was there to listen to and help her customers, and she put that first as her priority. It says a lot about her business.

Worst visit ever.We where there for over 15 minutes and never seen any employees ?♀️To find out she was just sitting in the office.There was more then 10 people in the store befor she ever came out.She never asked if anyone need help.She checked out one person and went to set back in the office.When we where ready to check out she was very rude ?

I’ve had multiple experiences where I have gone to Sally’s to buy toner in hopes of making my hair lighter, only to be extremely disappointed when I have been given a toner (Wella toner) buy a worker that not only makes my blonde hair turn into a dark grey, but overall ruins my blonde hair.

I went in here for the first time in a long time, and had a wonderful experience. The store was very clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and helped me find a specific product for my hair.

Myself not the typical customer of such place, visited to pick up a couple items for friend the staff was not helpful in anyway they were not knowledgeable of the product a customer service at this specific store

One stop shop for all your hair and nail supplies. The little store is jam packed with great prices from hair driers to perm kits to coloring to nail polish to sanding sticks and everything in between. The girl working at this store was very polite and was willing to go out of her way and order what I was looking for.
