Just had a driver come to pick up a pallet that was supposed to be picked up on May 2nd and here it is a week later and they finally show up! Only to be very rude this driver was looking for reasons not to take the pallet. Use another LTL freight co if possible!

Set up delivery with company, stayed home waiting 8 hours and no delivery. All they do is offer apologies, what good is that??? How about 8 hours of lost pay reimbursement. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

They accepted a shipment they could not safely handle or deliver, gave no notice before showing up,v then called to say they weren't coming 5 days in a row after I cleared my schedule to be available, promised repeatedly to call me and confirm, then didn't, gave me the runaround for over a week, lied, told me one thing, my husband something else, and the freight middleman a third lie. Then they DESTROYED my shipment(attached photo). Utterly incompetent and they don't seem to care one bit, nobody has apologized or seems remotely concerned that this is their operating procedure. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have had the worst experience with an LTL shipment by SAIA. It was originally quoted as 1 week and it has now been just under a month. My shipment has been in Louisville at the hub for the last 5 days waiting to be delivered to the final destination just 20 miles or so away. Sure there was a holiday in that time, but it arrived before the holiday and now is scheduled to be delivered almost a week after said holiday. And don't get me started on the delivery date. It changes EVERY day. It was scheduled to be delivered today (Tues) until 10 am this morning; I totally got my hopes up. Then it just changed to tomorrow. We were promised yesterday over the phone that it would ABSOLUTELY be today. That was after it was scheduled for Monday delivery and it changed to Tuesday (today). I have absolutely no hope that this thing will make it to us in the near future. This is just beyond ridiculous. We're waiting on this piece for a huge project that needs to be wrapped up ASAP because of the cold weather. Before our fiasco in Louisville, it sat in Indianapolis, just over an hour away for 4 days, all while the scheduled delivery changed every morning to the next day. If it still had to go from Indy to Lou and then scheduled, why would you set a scheduled delivery date the next day? I understand there are shipping issues right now, but don't quote a week when it's not possible, don't update the scheduled delivery every single day with the next day, and don't let it sit just a few miles away from where you need to take it for a week. Judging by other reviews, we're probably still looking at a few more rescheduled delivery dates.ETA - after another phone call, we were told they don't even deliver to the final location on Tuesdays, only Mon, Wed, and Fri. So they should have never said that yesterday. Nice. Very nice.

0 STARS!!Do not use this shipping company if you have an option. I was told that my package was in Louisville and scheduled my first delivery a week ago.. now we are on our 5th reschedule. Every time I call I am given a new delivery date & a new excuse. Supervisor 1 is on vacation, supervisor 2 is on vacation, we’re short staffed, the girl that handles deliveries is sick.“It’s a mess here”This is the most unprofessional delivery service I’ve ever used. Never again!It’s become a running joke in my house.. out for delivery? Yeah right

Plan on your shipment to deliver late, the expected delivery changes everyday and setting appointments on needed material has been ignored.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I own an online home decor store, have 2-3 deliveries a day and had my first one from SAIA today (or was supposed to at least). I was promised a delivery window of 8-1 and here we are at 3:13 and no delivery. DO NOT SHIP OR ALLOW SAIA TO BE ON YOUR SHIPPER'S LIST!!! FedEx Freight, Averitt, R&L, UPS Freight, ALL OTHERS are reliable and dependable. Don't waste your time with this company.

I understand that the current virus situation is causing delays everywhere. But, My pallets have been sitting here in town at the Louisville hub since 3/25. Today is 3/30 and I was finally able to get someone on the phone to schedule a delivery. At least be professional enough to call and let me know about the delay and that you are trying to get it scheduled especially when I am paying hundreds of dollars for shipping. The national dispatch persons that I spoke to said there wasn't even an attempt to call me. Don't just ghost your clients and make them wait with no information what-so-ever.

Freight truck of theirs coming off bluegrass Parkway cut off the car in front of me and he had to slam,on his breaks which meant I had to slam on mine. He could have waiting to go right after me, clear both ways, he saw us coming and decided to go anyways. he needs to understand he is driving a deadly weapon and drive with consideration.
